I was told to follow-up with Hilton Customer Service today, if I had not heard from the hotel management by now. We continue to get the run-around. I do not feel that Hilton values us as a customer or cares about our concerns. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 2 weeks now. Our hotel room was not ready on time, was at least a couple hours wait past check-in time, air units were covered in mildew which was visible and smelled awful, irritated sinuses. Bedroom lights were burnt out, requested assistance but never fixed. Bathroom door did not shut all the way for lock to engage unless slammed very hard. Sliding glass mirror cracked, place was run down a bit, not well maintained. Breakfast food bland, cold, and made sick. People were smoking weed next door. Would not visit this location again or recommend to others. Was overcharged initially, checked out and then hotel erroneously checked back in and charged more. Tried to tack on additional fees, although booked and paid directly with Hilton online at secured rate. Promised one check out price, but charged another. No call backs from management, and keep getting the run around. Weeks later, no resolution still...will update if ever resolved. Book with caution...

Hotel was clean and nice looking. We would have rated it higher if our business car magnets were not stolen from our vehicle! Be careful in that parking lot. There are not security cameras, and apparently hoodlums sweep it for unlocked vehicles and retaliate if you lock them. Why would someone steal business advertising magnets???

THE WORST SERVICE EVER. They did not clean our room for three days. And we are in the middle of a Pandemic! After many complaints, we were given towels and a sheet in a bag.We had to make our bed! I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. When we checked out, they gave us a discount for all the problems. A good gesture after a terrible service. The manager did not show up and sent the front desk clerk to resolve the situation.EL PEOR SERVICIO DE LA HISTORIA. No nos limpiaron la habitación en tres días. Y estamos en medio de una Pandemia! Después de varios reclamos nos enviaron toallas y una sábana. Tuvimos que hacer nuestra propia cama! No recomendaría este hotel ni a mi peor enemigo. Cuando hicimos el check out nos dieron un descuento por todo lo que había pasado. Un buen gesto después de pésimo servicio. Eso sí: el manager ni siquiera dio la cara y envió al empleado del front-desk a resolver la situación.

Great Homewood Suites place! 👍 I stayed in many Homewood apartments across US and this one is a very nice one. Super clean, new furniture, kitchen and bath, friendly staff, decent breakfast even during pandemic. I stayed for a week and the only problem I had was when front desk forgot to send someone to clean the apartment while I enjoyed Disneyland. I wanted to give 4 stars at first, but changed my mind. Recommend the place!

Absolutely loved staying here! I stayed on two separate occasions, the first time I left my sandals in the room. When I came back the second time, I asked the front desk if they had them and they did!! Lets me know that there are honest people who work here. this hotel is clean and quiet. Thank you for two lovely stays. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

My family and I stayed here for multiple nights while visiting Orlando. The room was amazing, very spacious and clean. The staff at the hotel were all very kind. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Veronika, was very helpful and friendly. Despite COVID, the hotel still provided free hot breakfast and the pool remained open. Wonderful stay, thank you!

Hotel muito bom, suíte espaçosa, com sala e cozinha com geladeira, máquina de lavar louças, fogão e microondas. Ótimo para fazer um lanchinho quando o cansaço das compras e parques bate e quando já enjoou da culinária local. Mas tivemos problemas com o sumiço de um vidro de perfume Ferrari do meu marido, que estava na bancada do banheiro. Reclamamos várias vezes e mandavam retornar no dia seguinte, viemos embora e nada foi resolvido.

Excelente opção em Orlando. Prédio novo, bem decorado e quartos grandes e completos(com cozinha completa). Os serviços são simples. Parabéns ao pessoal da recepção, camareiras e, principalmente ao pessoal da reposição do café da manhã, sempre atenciosos, educados e procurando auxiliar na comunicação com o idioma local. Pretendemos voltar sempre aqui.

Simplesmente Sensacional!! Super novo, atendimento rápido e atencioso. Quarto excelente, o hotel realiza um HH from 5pm to 7pm com comidas variadas, vinhos e cerveja (muito legal). A localização e perfeita. Voltarei e super recomendo.

Excelente hotel,habitaciones grandes,con cocina y heladera. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Esta muy bien ubicado a no más de 20 minutos en autos de los parques de Disney y Universal y de los outlets.

They have complimentary snacks every evening as well as the daily breakfast. Rooms are very nice. Great atmosphere, clean everything. The guest service representative called as soon as we checked in to make sure everything was perfect. First time at location but will return for sure.
