“My stay at the Conrad Tulum has been the most pleasurable hotel experience in my life. The service is indeed UNPARALLELED. Please listen to the reviews. The moment you step onto the property, you will be pampered like no other. They make everyone feel like celebrities. The hospitality is on point. 7 stars for the phenomenal service. All the staff members are properly trained, professional and attentive. I dropped my napkin at dinner and went to grab it and two waiters came rushing my way to replace it for me. They will not allow you to refill your glass, reach for a towel, carry your personals, nothing. I love, love, love the staff. The only area I would say is lacking at this new establishment is the food. I am an extremely tough critic when it comes to food and I feel the food is lacking a tiny bit.
