“I think service standard is poor lately may be due to long break during COVID19. I was not greeted and led to the seat at the lounge for an afternoon tea, had to find a table on my own and when I chose a table, staff said this one has been reserved. There was no reserved sign, how can I know. Any seat is fine to me, just tell me where can I be seated. Even worse, staff was teasing and chatting to each other during work, loud enough that I can hear inappropriate words. Afternoon tea is just like a lucky draw sometimes taste good, sometimes not. This theme set "wonderland" is good comparing to the previous "organic"theme which we barely ate anything.”

“One of the best hotels in Thailand without a doubt. We celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary here and were blown away with the amazing service, beautiful room and overall atmosphere. The St. Regis Bangkok always goes that extra mile to ensure the safety of its guests and we felt 100% protected in all areas of the hotel. It is amazing to be recognised and welcomed by the doorman, maid, waiters and reception staff. While our stay was sponsored by The St. Regis, we noticed that every guest received the same level of service. We'd like to thank General Manager Klaus, Marcomm executives Khun Koy and Khun Maddie, our funny and entertaining butler Khun Men and all the staff for an unforgettable stay at Bangkok's most enviable address.”
