“Be aware that the rooms are 150 square feet. They are basically the size of the Queen bed. And the bathrooms are basically the size of a walk in shower. For us it was fine because we knew we weren't going to be in the room very long except for sleeping/getting ready. There isn't room to just leave your suitcase open and there are no dressers to unpack.The location was great for being a tourist. Right across from the Chinatown Red Line, next to the Capitals Stadium, and walking distance to the National Mall.”

“A nice, stripped-down hotel in walking distance of the Mall. This is a micro-hotel so the rooms are small and simple, but well laid out and have everything you need conveniently-located within the tiny room. Bonus points for room controls with option of remote control! The beds are very comfortable. And the best feature: helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home! Now for some less-than ideal things to be aware of: The toilet amenities are really nice, but there are no extras like Q-tips or cotton balls (not really a big deal). The biggest issue is there is no valet - which they DO let you know in advance via e-mail. You can self-park at a nearby garage, but it is deserted on lower levels and if you are arriving late it can be a creepy place to wander around alone at night. And if you don't arrange parking in advance the fees are super-high. Based on their signage I thought I would be paying $27/day - but no, it was $27 day + $27 overnight = $54. Higher than many high-end hotels. So be warned and definitely lock in the preferred rate via the hotel app ahead of time! All in all a nice option in downtown DC!”
