“+ Вeautiful building, central position. Room was quite big and very light.
The service was very nice and friendly!
- The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The finishes of the room are old and old fashioned.
The phone in mу room didn't work, told that to the staff but nothing changed, so had to call from my cellular or use the phone in the toilet (wich was sooо old). The pad for digital menu and all information, was so slow, and turned off by itself all the time. So very useless.
Ordered couple of times room service.. asked breakfast (coffee and croissants) they brought exactly coffee and croissant. Nothing more, no butter, no jam, no little flower.. same for the dinner. Especially the plate called roll with shrimp (that's the thing to see) 26 euro for the рeace of bread filled with Mayo and shrimp.. did not expect that in 5 Star hotel. The spa is nice but feels like I went back to the beginning of the 00. Definitely not worth the money I spent there.”
