This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve been to in a long time. The staff was amazing even down to housekeeping!!! They were very attentive to their guest and made sure you had the best experience. The hotel is clean. The atmosphere is good. I had no complaints. This is most definitely a five star hotel!

Without any question, the best hotel for a business trip not just in Dubai but in my experience, anywhere I have stayed in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. From the time I set foot in Dubai Airport a limousine service was waiting for me and was received by a pleasant personality who took me and my wife to the limousine and we were driven to the hotel were without hassle I was taken to my room. What I love most about the hotel is its location. It's connected to the metro station, connected to the museum of the future, less than ten minutes drive to Dubai mall. I just love this hotel

2) The stuff was exceptional , very polite and helpful.

1) Combs and threads and needles were not available in the room.
2) The interior design of the room looked old compared to a 5-star hotel—especially the wooden table and the color of the wood.
3) The breakfast hall was relatively small and you had to wait for the table to be empty during the busy time.
