“Eu acho que é ridículo como o check-in não é antes das 4 e a piscina já está reservada para a noite. A recepção disse que ligue às 7 da manhã para reservar um lugar para que possamos nadar ... estávamos apenas ficando por uma noite, o que era inútil. Nossos filhos estavam tão animados para dar uma olhada, mas não puderam. Bem, não é grande coisa. Os quartos pareciam limpos, mas realmente não eram. Havia mofo em todo o chuveiro e as camas eram extremamente desconfortáveis.”
