Nice hotel, clean and great location right off I-85. The housekeepers were nice and the front desk staff were very courteous, as well. I'll definitely come back!

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Everything was nice including the staff. The room was very clean and everything worked. Nice amenities including a restaurant, bar, and Starbucks. Easy to get to main roads to get where you are going next.

The room was spotless. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly. I will be staying here from now on. I also want to give. A huge shout out to CHARISMA! I received a welcome gift and she came up and said hello as I was checking out and made sure I received the gift and what I thought.

Hotel é limpo, os banheiros são muito pequenos. Como se você pudesse tomar banho e usar a pia para escovar os dentes ao mesmo tempo. Portas de celeiro no banheiro sem fechaduras, então não há privacidade real. A cama era super confortável, então isso é uma grande vantagem! O hotel é muito barulhento! O barulho da estrada começa muito cedo. Grupo no saguão gritando e berrando até as 3:00 da manhã. O gerente disse que a segurança finalmente pediu que eles saíssem às 3:00 da manhã… caramba, obrigado! Sem desculpas ou consideração reais pelos outros 100 convidados. O lobby é aberto até o teto com quartos ao redor, então era como uma câmara de eco. Estávamos com um grupo grande e na manhã seguinte estávamos todos exaustos e não podíamos acreditar que eles deixariam isso continuar por tanto tempo até as primeiras horas da manhã. O estacionamento foi um desastre. Sem rima ou razão para o sistema de portão. Digitalize o cartão, não digitalize o cartão. Pegue um bilhete, não pegue um bilhete. Parecia que alguém tinha acabado de passar. A grande vantagem é o café Starbucks que eles oferecem e a mulher que estava trabalhando lá nos dois dias da minha estadia. Se você está procurando um lugar tranquilo para ficar, definitivamente não é isso.

Hotel is clean, bathrooms are very small. Like you can shower and use the sink to brush your teeth at the same time. Barn doors on bathroom with no locks so no real privacy at all. Bed was super comfy so that’s a huge plus! Hotel is very noisy! Highway noise starts very early. Group in the lobby yelling and screaming until 3:00 am. Manager said that security finally asked them to leave at 3:00 am…gee thanks! No real apologies or consideration for the other 100’s of guests.The lobby is wide open to the ceiling with rooms all around so it was like an echo chamber. We were with a large group and the next morning we were all exhausted and couldn’t believe that they would let that go on for so long into the early morning hours. Parking was a disaster. No rhyme or reason to the the gate system. Scan the card, don’t scan the card. Take a ticket, don’t take a ticket. Looked like someone actually just plowed through. Big plus is the Starbucks coffee they offer and the woman that was working there both days during my stay. Bottom line..if you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is definitely NOT it.

A equipe é tão simpática! O serviço de restaurante foi ótimo, a comida era decente. Os quartos eram limpos e arrumação foi gentil e rápido. A localização é uma ilha isolada, nada a uma curta distância, então esteja preparado para dirigir para tudo ou pague preços de hotel altamente inflacionados para lanches e refrigerantes.

Staff is so friendly! Restaurant service was great, food was decent. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was kind and prompt. Location is an isolated island, nothing within walking distance so either be prepared to drive for everything, or pay highly inflated hotel prices for snacks and sodas.

O lobby do hotel é bom. A equipe da recepção não é muito simpática. Pagamos por uma suíte na cobertura. Não havia armário ou gavetas no quarto principal. O mais próximo ficava na área comum e não tinha porta nem cortina, com 3 cabides. Havia 2 gavetas para roupas e um banheiro para nós e visitantes. Isso não é presidencial! Nenhum bar molhado também.

Nice quarto e equipe. Teve que colocar uma retenção de US $ 100 para 'acidentes' do hotel, o que é compreensível, mas leva de 3 a 5 dias para retornar? Como demora 30 segundos para reter meu dinheiro, mas 3-5 dias para devolvê-lo no ano de 2022?

Nossa energia estava sem energia o dia todo e não havia sido consertada às 20h e precisávamos de um lugar para passar a noite porque seria 25 °, então viemos aqui porque ficava na rua. Foi bom, exceto que, apesar de ter sido reformado, a porta do banheiro não fechava, então eu tive que tomar um banho gelado, mas acho que era melhor do que estar em uma casa gelada.

Our power had been out all day and it hadn't been fixed by 8pm and we needed a place to stay for the night because it was going to be 25° so we came here because it was right down the street. It was fine except even though it was just renovated the bathroom door would not close so I had to take a freezing cold shower but I guess it was better than being in a freezing cold house.

Nice room and staff.Had to put a $100 hold for hotel 'incidentals' which is understandable buttakes 3-5 days to return?How does it take 30 seconds to hold my money but 3-5 days to return it in the year 2022?

The hotel lobby is nice.The front desk staff is not overly friendly. We paid for a penthouse suite.There was no closet or drawers in the master bedroom. The closest was in the common area and had no door or curtain at all,with 3 hangers. There were 2 drawers for clothes and one bathroom for us and visitors.This is not presidential!No wet bar either.

Estadia adorável.O check-in foi uma brisa.Realmente gostei dos quartos sem carpete. Sensação muito moderna. Cama confortável. Sala silenciosa. Excelentes pequenos recursos, como as luzes de leitura integradas.Restaurantes no local.O estacionamento é seguro.Amei o ginásio. Eles até tinham bicicletas de pelotão. você tem que entrar em sua conta para usá-lo.Recomendaria.

Lovely stay.Check in was a breeze.Really enjoyed the non- carpeted rooms.Very modern feel.Comfy bed. Quiet room.Great little features like the built in reading lights.Restaurants on site.Parking is secure.Loved the gym.They even had peloton bikes. you have to log into your account to use it.Would recommend.
