Muito bom hotel. Quartos confortáveis e modernos, bem como os banheiros. O hotel é dinâmico, recebe convenções, tem loja de souvenir, Starbucks e restaurante dentro do prédio dele. Tem diversas áreas no lobby para sentar, com poltronas super confortáveis e mesas para trabalhar ou descansar.

Este é um grande hotel bonito. Eu não era um fã do processo de check-in. Parecia fluir normalmente, então me pediram para colocar meu cartão na máquina sem nenhuma explicação sobre para que servia ou quanto de retenção seria colocado em minha conta. Eu tive que perguntar antes de me falarem sobre a retenção de $ 75. O que não foi um inconveniente, foi a falta de comunicação que eu não gostei. Os homens de bell tinham um melhor serviço ao cliente.O quarto era bom e limpo. Os únicos contras no quarto era que a porta do chuveiro não fechava completamente, e havia um som muito alto da bomba de água, acredito que sempre que o chuveiro estava funcionando.Nós realmente gostamos da vista do átrio e o hotel estava em uma ótima localização.

This is a big beautiful hotel. I wasn't a fan of the check in process. It seemed to flow normally then I was asked to put my card into the machine without any explanation as to what it was for or how much of a hold would be put on my account. I had to ask before I was told about the $75 hold. Which was not an inconvenience, it was the lack of communication that I didn't like. The bell men had better customer service. The room was nice and clean. The only cons in the room was that the shower door did not close all the way, and there was a very loud sound from the water pump I believe anytime the shower was running. We did really like the atrium view though and the hotel was in a great location.

Our stay at the Marriott Marquis was great from start to finish. I was attending a conference but my family came along to explore the city and the staff was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. As the hotel was busy with the conference guests a lot of the rooms weren’t ready (there were multiple conferences staying in the hotel). However, I requested a room with a bathtub as we needed one for our baby and they were able to accommodate us right away which was nice with a 1 year old after a long travel day. But I have to make sure to give a special shout-out to the bellman, Abdu. He was fabulous and went and walked the taxi queue for us to get the specific type of taxi we required to get to the train station with all our baggage and our child. In fact all the bell service team were amazing and friendly, handing out waters for you as you waited in the heat for your car. The location of the hotel is great and I would recommend staying here.

Love this hotel.Has underground direct access to the convention center.Room is nice and clean though I only see one roll of TP.Would have been nice to have a room service menu...could not find one.Got put on second floor probably because of convention lower rate.Breakfast place inside has very decent standard fare.I really liked their orange juice.All in all a good place.

Brought the family here while attending an on-site business conference. The staff is friendly and attentive, which was amazing given the number of conference attendees and guests. They made our stay most enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable if not a bit small for a family of four. The beds in our room were on the wee-side of being doubles. All-in-all, this is a great place to stay for business/conference-oriented visits, however, not so much for family getaways with small children. FYI: There is a well-appointed fitness center located on the third floor, however, the facility does lack a pool. I wish this was more clearly stated on the hotel's website.

I stay at the Marriott Marquis Washington DC every month and it is always a great experience. The rooms are updated, have plenty of space, nice bathrooms, a large tv and a comfortable bed. The rooms are relatively quiet as well so that you don’t hear neighbors. The M Club lounge has a great breakfast offering, decent coffee and allows me to eat quickly and head to work. The gym is spacious with plenty of natural light unlike some dark, cramped gyms at other hotels. The location of the hotel works perfectly for me and is near several good restaurants. Most of all, the staff are wonderful. They are knowledgeable, helpful and have gone above and beyond every time I have stayed.

Simply the best experience I've had at a hotel.The staff is absolutely amazing!They are so attentive and caring.I've never been so well taken care of.I left yesterday and I'm in nice hotel,but I miss the service at the Marquis. It's so rare anymore to receive accommodations or services where you genuinely feel cared for.The best!

In DC for a conference, so the location next to the Convention Center is perfect. The tunnel allows for rapid access and no rain or weather issues. The staff are wonderful and always helpful. The lobby is gorgeous with plenty of places to meet up. For the price at a flagship hotel though, the room is just average and although clean looking, the shower smells strongly of mold. The bed's acceptable, but with very flat pillows. The lack of soundproofing is the biggest negative, however. Every night there are multiple sirens and quite loud traffic noises, disrupting sleep. Several others in our group have the same complaint. I've frequently stayed in rooms overlooking roads and highways, but rarely experienced this level of noise.

Very nice hotel. We stay at quite a few Marriott's, and this is one of our favorites. Beautiful open area with a bar, get snacks, and big tables to hang out with friends or coworkers. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Everything is exceptionally clean. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and other stores within easy walking distance.

Durante mi hospedaje, estube en dos habitaciones en el Ultimo nivel. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y Las camas comodas. Las almohadas tambien be son de excellente calidad. Originalmente hahia reservado una habitacion normal pero decidí, a ultimo minuto, pagar por una mejora. Por esa mejora, aunque firmé un recibo por ochenta dolares (precio final), hay dos cargos en mi cuenta que en total suman mas de cien dolares. Tambien hay un letrero que dice que cuesta 49 dolares por parquear tu vehiculo por toda la noche, pero de hecho me cobraron sesenta por un vehiculo sedan. Tuve que cambiar de dormitorio porque aunque reserve un King size room, recibi una habitacion con dos camas queen y en la cual los telefonos no trabajaban. El telefono en el pasillo cerca de Los elevadores tampoco tenia coneccion. Al final de mi estancia El servicio de valet me mantuvo esperando por 35 minutos por mi vehiculo, no estaban ocupados y tenian suficiente personal. El hotel es comodo y se ve hermoso, tambien es cerca de Todo, pero El servicio que recibi no fuel El mejor. Por El mismo precio me pude haber hospedado en una suite en otro hotel.

Es un excelente hotel, ideal para asistir a convenciones en el centro de convenciones "Walter E. Washington" ya que posee un túnel por el cual se puede acceder desde el hotel sin tener que salir, ni pasar nuevamente por seguridad. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el staff es de primera, siempre con una sonrisa. Todos los años son host del evento anual de AIPAC que recibe una 18 mil personas y lo manejan con total profesionalismo.

El Hotel Marriot Marquis en DC es una excelente instalación turismo del más alto nivel, reúne todas las condiciones humanas y materiales. El servicio es siempre excelente. En el caso d eun evento científico u otra modalidad, como fue el caso de la 125 Convención Anual APA, este Hotel es una opción ideal para organizadores y participantes del mundo entero.
