“We booked a two night stay for a Savannah view room with two queen beds. When we got to our room there was no view of Savannah and only one queen bed. The only effort to accommodate us was to roll in a twin bed. We kept receiving the same response from hotel staff., which was “Sorry to booked through a third party, there is nothing we can do”. We decided to leave and find a new hotel. Not a positive experience or one that met our expectations.”

“We visit here 2-3 times per year. Heated pool, great views, fantastic hotel. Everything is clean and service is absolutely superb. We bring friends and family every year. Fireworks over the river in July. Kid friendly activities during peak seasons. You cannot go wrong staying here.”
