“Cuando te ven con pulsera blanca ( que no tiene todo incluido) el servicio se vuelve discriminatorio aunque lleves dinero para pagar todo aparte, te sientan enfrente de la cámara, constantemente te hacen ver qué tú servicio no incluye nada. En el restaurante me fueron a cobrar la cuenta con el argumento de que la cajera ya se quería ir a su casa. Y en la piscina principal el mesero Mariano se molestó por qué mi esposa me dió a probar de su hamburguesa ya que ella tenía un plan todo incluido. En general fue una mala experiencia, no deberían tener planes en los que discriminen al cliente. Sumamente elitistas. La mejor atención del mesero Jesús, Orlando y de las hostess Iris.”

“El hotel está bonito, las áreas verdes muy cuidadas. Las albercas bien. Lo malo, cucaracha en mi habitación, la comida insípida, muy repetitiva y los vasos sucios. A la mitad de los meseros de la alberca hay que perseguirlos para que te atiendan.”
