“Just got back, had a great time good hotel pretty much everything was good but a little disappointed with the mini bar and hotel sorting some request out for tea bags milk and a few more things that we wanted in the room and them not turning up (well they did turn up, tea bags about 4 hours later beer about 2days later)We started taking goods back from breakfast buffet for the room and I thought that was a shame for such a nice 5 star hotel.I'm going to do a little list.1, no toilet roll on arrival or water and poor stocked mini fridge.2, no tee spoon one day, had to use leg of my glasses3 no tee bags4 no milk. A couple of times5 one or two more little things but lots of really good points too.6 room was massive 😊👍”

The staff (animators, reception and bar service) is nice and helpful however the hotel itself is very dated, dusty and unremarkable. A lot of things are simply non-functional. The bed linen quality is sub-standard. Renovation is long overdue. The restaurant is also average for the 5 star hotel. The quality of food as well as variety of main dishes is rather poor.

Riu Palace Tikida Agadir, in my opinion, in the list of my top three best hotels. I have been here twice. Amazing service and amenities, wonderful buffet, conference room, lovely staff (they speak multiple languages so I was able to speak to them in English and spoke to them in Tachelhit (Berber)) not to mention the spectacular views from some of the rooms and of course, the rooms too were incredible, included with a safe, minibar fridge, kettle with tea and milk, but overall, this hotel is definitely a place I recommend for family visits, or even a visit with friends and couples because it meets very high standards.

Awesome. Right on the beach. Rooms are massive, quality fittings ,bathrooms fully fitted out to the highest standards . Mini bar topped up daily, plenty on the flat screen TV if you need it. Pools are massive one is heated the other is Baltic lol . Huge Gym. Indoor pool. Everything here including the staff is top notch loved it.

Uno de los hoteles más bonitos en los que he estado. losEl interior es simplemente asombroso. Le puso mucho amor y una gran mezcla de moderno y oriental. El restaurante, las piscinas, el lounge, ... ni siquiera sabes dónde buscar. Nos recibieron con cócteles en la recepción. Además: ¡Uno de los pocos hoteles donde el café sabe bien! Lo recomendaría al 100%.

Bonito espacio, las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, limpias, lástima por el olor a humedad en la habitación, debido al covid, todos los restaurantes, bar y discoteca no están abiertos, los animadores muy agradables, una ventaja para el líder deportivo, piscina muy amplia, el acceso directo a la playa es superior

Hotel com piscinas espectaculares, à beira mar, jardins muito bem cuidados e boas esplanadas com mobiliário. A animação no hotel também é diversificada e boa. Os quartos têm grandes áreas mas podem ser melhorados (e vai acontecer em breve pelo que ficamos a saber). O grande trunfo deste hotel é sem duvida o serviço nos restaurantes e bares, em que existem funcionários top que para além do serviço que fazem bem, são autenticos relações publicas do hotel (abraço aMarouane Rochdi; Ben Mohamed; Youssef Taibi; Abd El Aziz). Muito boa comida e muito diversificada.O regime de tudo incluído é real. Conhecemos também o Diretor do Hotel, a quem agradecemos a simpatia e a atenção que nos dispensou. Se voltarmos a Aghadir será sem duvida o hotel pretendido. Obrigado.

Estancia del 10 al 17 de marzo de 2020No es un 5 estrellas en absoluto. Habíamos reservado una habitación doble con vista a la piscina, lo que resultó en una habitación con vista a la escalera de servicio, y tuvimos que insistir en tener una habitación correspondiente a nuestra solicitud. En las habitaciones, dispensador de un solo jabón para la ducha y el champú. (como en hoteles de 1er precio).El personal del bar y del restaurante en general es amable, la comida nada que decir.El hotel está bien ubicado muy cerca del mar.El personal de recepción: nada amable. Estuvimos allí cuando se suspendieron los vuelos a Francia. En una situación de crisis, la gente salió del hotel para tomar su avión pero regresó porque el avión fue cancelado. El hotel aprovechó la oportunidad para aumentar los precios. Esto es escandaloso. Sin ayuda del hotel, más como desprecio.

Absolutamente increíble hotel. No se reparó en gastos. Solo resérvalo. Comida increíble, área de la piscina impresionante. A pie de playa y tiendas. Impecablemente limpio, excelente servicio en todas las áreas. Visitamos x1 de los restaurantes de especialidades que fue una velada encantadora. El vino fue fantástico y servido por la botella! La habitación es enorme y las almohadas me gustaría poder replicarlas en casa 👍.Mi único consejo para la gerencia es que los muchachos que cocinan pizza, usen guantes para horno ... Fui testigo de que están arrastrando bandejas calientes con toallas de papel.

Tuve una muy buena estadía. Somos muy bienvenidos El hotel está limpio y bien decorado. Las habitaciones son amplias. La comida es buena. Hermoso hotel, excelente ubicación, personal increíble y tanta variedad cuando se trata de comida. Y las habitaciones tienen excelentes vistas, se nota que se enorgullecen de los jardines y de todo y hay mucho que hacer en el lugar. Ojalá pudiera haber otorgado 5 estrellas, pero tuvimos que cambiar de habitación después de que tuve que quejarme dos veces. Tuvo una infestación de hormigas en nuestra habitación.

Excelente hotel y ubicación cerca de la playa y del pueblo. Lo que realmente se destacó es el servicio, que fue fantástico y realmente bueno, particularmente el equipo principal del balcón del restaurante dirigido por Redouane, que fue muy acogedor. El equipo de recepción también fue útil, especialmente Hanane. Solo una nota, fue el bar de la piscina que estaba cerrado, fue una de las principales razones por las que reservamos este hotel según el sitio web.

Absolutely amazing hotel. No expense spared. Just book it. Food amazing, pool area stunning. Walk to beach and shops. Spotlessly clean, great service in all areas. We visited x1 of the speciality restaurants which was a lovely evening. Wine was fantastic and served by the bottle!! Room is huge and pillows I wish I could replicate at home 👍.My only one advice to management is to get the boys that cook pizza some oven gloves...I witnessed they are dragging out hot trays with paper towel.

Beautiful hotel great location amazing staff and so much variety when it comes to food. And the rooms have great views, you can tell they take pride in the grounds and all around and there's so much to do on site.I wish i could have given 5 stars but we had to move rooms after i had to complain twice as we had an infestation of ants in our room.

Actualmente me alojo aquí, la comida es excelente, pero ten en cuenta que si no eres francés, te cuesta conseguir mesa para 2 o cualquier otra forma de servicio, excepto si puedes salir al exterior por la noche, son un hotel encantador, hermoso pero dirigido a los franceses. el personal que habla, somos personas fáciles de tratar y no exigimos servicio, lo que probablemente sea la razón por la que nos ignoran, pero pagamos por un hotel de 5 estrellas, así que esperamos un poco de cortesía, el personal de limpieza es excelente y amable, solo triste, la mayoría no espera el personal es grosero si pides una mesa 2, señalan 4 o 6 mesas, descubrimos que tenemos que ser firmes y decir que no, queremos estas 2, entonces despejan a regañadientes y vuelven a configurar, pero si eres francés, corren para hacer lo que piden y obten. ahorran un montón de mesa para los invitados que conocen (de nuevo en francés), por lo que todas las buenas mesas están ocupadas, nos llevó más de una semana averiguar a qué hora entrar para tener la esperanza de una comida agradable ya que las horas de comida son una parte principal de nuestro vacaciones, probablemente no volveríamos, ya que estoy descubriendo que se acerca el momento de comer. Sonidos y luces.Como su nombre indica es un palacio. Pero su tamaño gigantesco lo convierte en un palacio industrializado.Decorados al estilo europeo, los arquitectos extrañaron por completo el confort acústico. Crees que estás en el vestíbulo de una estación, ya sea en el restaurante de la cena o dentro del restaurante del almuerzo. Lo que me gusta es poder hablar y escuchar a mis amigos en la mesa. Al mediodía, el número de espacios al aire libre es muy insuficiente.En términos de iluminación, es lo mismo: por la noche lo que me gusta es ver lo que como.Comencé con lo negativo, pero al lado de eso es un muy buen hotel: bonitas habitaciones con poca privacidad entre el baño y la habitación, personal atento y suficiente, buena comida pero no muy por encima del Tikida Playa que me gusta.Muy bien el hecho de prohibir la reserva de tumbonas con toallas que permanecen bien solas durante todo el día.

Gran ubicación, frente a la bahía de Agadir, es el mejor hotel en Agadir. Un pequeño equipo para cuidar de usted. Equipos de profesionales, tanto en la cocina y en los servicios de restaurantes y hoteles. Fluido en 2021, esta propiedad se beneficiará de una renovación. Estoy seguro de que será aún mejor después. Te sugiero que reservar, usted no será decepcionado.

Un buen hotel que solo requiere un poco de atención para devolverlo a un hotel muy agradable. Una buena selección de comida, pero algunas veces se beneficiaría de estar un poco más caliente. El nivel de servicio es aceptable, pero se vuelve aún mejor cuanto más se da propina. ¡El entretenimiento nocturno en el teatro fue muy decepcionante!

Currently staying here food excellent but be warned if you not French you struggle to get table for 2 or any form of service except if you can get in the outside bit at night they are lovely hotel is beautiful but aimed at the French there is a few staff that make a point of speaking we are easy going people and do not demand service which is probably why they ignore us but we paid for 5 star hotel so do expect a bit of politeness cleaning staff excellent and friendly just sad most not all the waiting staff are rude if you ask for a 2 table they point to 4 or 6 tables we found we have to be firm and say no we want this 2 then they reluctantly clear and set back up but if you French they run to do what they ask and get. they save loads of table for guest they know (again French) so all good tables are taken its taken us over a week to work out what time to go in to have any hope of an enjoyable meal as meal times are a main part of our holiday we probably wouldn't return as I'm finding as it gets close to eating time I'm dreading the going in there

Cuarta estancia, es mi hotel favorito de la región, imposible compararlo con los demás, muy buena ubicación, cocina refinada para todos los gustos, solo un pequeño inconveniente en la calidad de las comidas y tartas marroquíes que deja mucho que desear. realmente no tiene una buena cocina marroquí con una ausencia del producto lejano de la región (amlou y aceite de argán).Las habitaciones están limpias excepto las mantas en la cama que están muy gastadas. El amable personal hizo todo lo posible por nuestra comodidad.El entretenimiento nocturno es realmente digno de mención. El nivel es muy, muy bajo.

Esta fue mi segunda visita aquí y un primero para mi marido, pero sin duda no será la última como él está mirando ya para nuestro regreso, nos alojamos por una semana en el 01/04/20, no puedo pensar en nada más que decir pero increíble , comida, personal magnífico excepcional, pueblo, morrocan muy limpio en tan sólo un bonito interior en general y por fuera, la señora que limpiaba nuestra habitación también era increíble 😍, no puedo agradecerles todo lo suficiente para que el camino que nos trataron y bienvenida,

This was my second visit here and a 1st for my husband but definitely not the last as he's looking already for our return, we stayed for a week on the 04/01/20, I can't think of anything else to say but amazing, food, brilliant staff exceptional, , very clean, morrocan people in general just beautiful inside and out, the lady who cleaned our room was also amazing 😍, I can't thank them all enough for the way we were treated and welcomed,

😱🙁 Well where do I start this hotel has lost alot of faith in staff members who will be deeplymissed because of the waymanagement treat the staff.Especially الهبظي he has no respect for the fantastic animation team who go above and beyond to make sure holidaymakers have a pleasant and enjoyable stay.The staff work all hours god send and treat shocking for as little 3,000 dirhams a month. (No wonder holiday makers have to give the staff tips to help them through the month)The animation manager was not seen once during our stay not even to tell him how fab his team was or to make sure they were OK, whichdoes not give the staff morale or respect nobody knows this disrespectful manager.Unfortunately this has lead to 3members of staff leave the hotel goodbye and all the best to Yassir - Jalal and TabTab your skills will outshine this hotel in a different profession where u are treated with respect.Hope the manager of the hotel sees this and acts upon otherwise he/she will be loosing other members of staff too.

Bien situado, personal encantador, comida de buena calidad. Algunas habitaciones merecen una pequeña renovación. El agua en las piscinas al aire libre es bastante fría, especialmente en invierno, depende de cómo se sienta cada uno, y hay una piscina cubierta climatizada.

Infraestructura hotelera digna de un Riu Palace, desde el desayuno hasta el almuerzo y la cena variada y buena comida. El personal está en la cima. El exterior está bien mantenido con un gran parque, la piscina es sublime, la playa está al lado. Francamente hotel para asesorar.

Hôtel 5 étoiles en bord de mer.Très bien agencé et arboré, Hall magnifique, restauration très variée et bonne, bar proposant les alcool international et réalisant des cocktail méritant leur nom.Personnel très agréable et serviable.Hôtel propre, pour les familles,possibilité de prêt d'une poussette à la réception.Grande plage publique très bien entretenue, espace réservé à l'hotel avec transat en nombre suffisantCependant, gros bémol sur les chambres et leur insonorisation proche du néant...... Pendant une semaine, on vit avec son voisin du Haut, du bas, de gauche, de droite. Dommage, j'attendais des vacances plus reposantes

El hotel es increíble con el personal más maravilloso, amable y sonriente que literalmente no puede hacer lo suficiente para asegurarse de que sus bebidas estén llenas, su hamaca esté orientada de la manera correcta y que su estadía sea lo mejor que pueda tener.La comida es increíble. Hemos comido camarones del tamaño de su plato, tagines donde se derrite la carne, pudines que son sublimes y todos servidos con un 'hola' y una sonrisa.La habitación del hotel es grande con suficiente espacio de almacenamiento y caja fuerte gratuita. El "mini bar" se llena regularmente con agua y refrescos, y hay té y café con hervidor de agua en la habitación. Hay ascensores en cada piso e incluso las habitaciones más alejadas de la recepción están a pocos minutos a pie.Hay WiFi gratuito, muy bueno y razonablemente rápido en todo el hotel, incluida su habitación.La playa de Agadir es hermosa. The first thing to know about the Tikida Palace is that it's not really a 5-star hotel. This hotel does not belong in the same category as the Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, or the Bellagio.Before arriving I did not think too carefully about the fact that it is all-inclusive, but after arriving you can see the impact of this right away. The beer, wine, and other alcohol is all low quality. The buffet (which is the default option for every meal) has many available items, however none of them seems to shine. For 50 dirhams ($5) outside of the hotel you can easily find a much better tagine or couscous. The sushi is what you will find at a grocery store. The juice is flavorless and so pulpy it's like a soup.There are two other restaurant options in the hotel, one international and one Moroccan. What you do not realize until you arrive is that you may not go to these restaurants without making a reservation one day in advance. When we went to make a reservation the next day was fully booked. For the day after that, the lady at the desk accepted our reservation and asked us if we wanted to reserve both restaurants for the same meal. No wonder the restaurants are being fully booked if they're offering up front to double book you.In the Tikida's favor, the grounds are very well kept with beautiful trees and lush grass. I didn't go into the pools but they look nice.Many employees are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately not all of them.On my last night, a waiter accosted me at the buffet line and asked me to leave because I was wearing shorts. Mind you, this place is essentially a Cheesecake Factory done in buffet style, and among the other patrons are women who are essentially naked but wearing sheer robes, etc. I told the waiter that if he wanted to throw me out in the middle of my meal he better get a manager to do it (but not before the waiter compared me unfavorably to the other guests).I sat back down and, sure enough, a few minutes later the waiter is back with manager in tow. After a brief discussion the manager graciously (i.e. pompously) informed me that I had his authorization to frequent the buffet for the rest of the evening, but after that I'd better wear long pants. This was the most memorable but not the only instance of poor service during my stay.Bottom line is the Tikida has some redeeming qualities, but that "all-inclusive" business model leads to tasteless food and occasionally to very rude service.Also as a freebie here are two photos of the mold in my shower.Comes right off to the touch, so I know it's not chipped paint or something.

Absolutely wonderful. The hotel is amazing with the most wonderful, friendly, smiley staff who literally can't do enough to ensure your drinks are filled, your sunbed is facing the right way and that your stay is the best you can have.The food is AMAZING. We've had shrimp the size of your dinner plate, tagines where the meat melts, puddings that are sublime and all served with a 'hello' and a smile.The hotel room is large with enough storage space and a free safe. The "mini bar' is topped up regularly with water and soft drinks and there are tea and coffee with a kettle in the room. There are lifts to every floor and even the rooms furthest away from reception are a few minutes walk.There is free, very good, reasonably fast WiFi everywhere in the hotel including your room.Agadir beach is beautiful. There are always hawkers who approach with things to sell but a firm 'no thanks' normally sees them on their way.The hotel has 3 pools, one of which is indoor and supposed to be heated. There is a pool bar, swim up bar and another bar away from the pool which is quieter.There are always clean, warm towels to have and the Riu Animation team are around the pool during the day to encourage you to play games or even take on the challenge of table tennis.Lunch is in a different restaurant and can feel a bit like a busy cafe but the food for lunch is delicious and plentiful.I have only 3 things that aren't brilliant. There are not enough public toilets but given that your room is accessible by lift and not that far away it's a very small complaint.There are not enough plugs to charge your bits in the bedroom. Only one side of the bed has a plug and I've had to unplug a lamp across the room to charge my phone. I would expect that at a Palace Hotel you would have usb charging or more plug sockets that are not behind the furniture.My biggest complaint is the noise in the evenings. There are a fantastic duo that play music and sing in the lobby bar from 6.30 which is nice but very loud and then from 9.30 the very large auditorium starts the entertainment that you can hear both inside and out. Coupled with the loud duo inside, entertainment at FULL volume it is a cacophony that there is no escape from unless you go to your room. I can't tell you how loud it becomes in the evening where there is no escape.I recommend this hotel and agadir and Morocco. The facilities are brilliant, the staff outstanding and it is superb value for money.

Bad hotel. Wouldn't even give it 1 star. The food was completely burnt. If you would like to eat in a 5 star hotel burnt food then this is the best hotel to come for burnt food in the world. Been to so many countries and never had a problem. We asked the chef to make up a pizza with our choice of toppings, but was burnt. Again we asked for the pizza and garlic bread to be made again which was also burnt. Next day we went to have a look at the pizzas that they made and was all burnt. We complained today and the waiters told them to quickly get rid of the food before the manager comes. Worst hotel I ever been to. Hardly any vegetarian food. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. Two days in a row we have been left hungry without anything to eat as everything is always burnt. Now I have a few days in this hotel and going to have to eat bread and soup all day long at this hotel. Was meant to celebrate my birthday and this is the best present riu palace tikida agadir hotel gave which is burnt food and bad service.

El personal siempre es cortés y agradable, pero nunca intrusivo.Además de un buffet, también hay 3 restaurantes (cocina marroquí, italiana e internacional) para elegir para la cena. Qué hermoso y limpio hotel. Tan pronto como entras hay un hermoso vestíbulo. Nos recibieron y nos dieron la llave de la habitación. El hotel está muy limpio y es impresionante. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El entretenimiento podría ser mejor. Pero fuimos a enero, así que tal vez no hay mucho personal. La comida era muy sabrosa. La gente empuja mucho pero no es culpa de los hoteles. Sólo gente grosera. Un gran lugar para el entusiasmo del golfista. Daría más estrellas si pudiera porque te hacían sentir muy bienvenido y el hotel y las áreas estaban muy limpios.

El dormitorio era grande con una cama grande y encantadora, un sofá y un baño de buen tamaño con dos lavabos. Sin embargo, las habitaciones tienen paredes y techos delgados como el papel, por lo que se aconseja que se arruine muchas noches. Este es un hotel increíble. La familia nunca quiso irse y no dejes de hablar de querer volver. Está situado en una bonita ciudad costera, con muchos restaurantes y bares. El hotel en sí estaba muy limpio y ordenado, las habitaciones siempre se limpiaban bien. El diseño era elegante y funcional. El servicio de comida y bar fue muy amable y rápido, los camareros nunca dejaron que nuestras bebidas se vaciaran y había una gran variedad de comida. Nos hicimos amigos de camareros particulares que luego nos sirvieron para las vacaciones, lo cual fue un toque encantador, y el personal fue muy profesional. El hotel tiene muchos bares y una encantadora piscina exterior con muchas camas y sillas y un bar en la piscina, aunque recomiendo salir temprano para conseguir un buen lugar. Acabo de regresar de unas vacaciones de una estadía en Riu Palece en Agadir. No soy un perro francés, pero este hotel está lejos de ser 5 estrellas. Se puede decir una habitación limpia, mientras que solicitar una cama extra tomó 2 horas, no sería sorprendente que fuéramos asesinados después del viaje y quisiéramos esperar. Esperando las maletas hasta que finalmente bajé las escaleras, las arrastré y luego nos trajeron el último y qué consejo. Incluso una observación que se puede ver y no es seguro mi opinión Los polacos deben ser servidos al final los reyes son franceses saltando al lado de ellos como perros. Los favoritos que han recibido una propina pero no es obligatorio dar cada vez y esa fue la impresión que le dio al vino vertido, ellos dieron algo y un adiós. Las habitaciones tienen grandes áreas, pero se pueden actualizar (y sucederá pronto a medida que aprendamos). El gran activo de este hotel es, sin duda, el servicio en los restaurantes y bares, donde hay personal superior que, además del servicio que hacen bien, son auténticas relaciones públicas del hotel (abrazo a Marouane Rochdi; Ben Mohamed; Youssef Taibi; Abd El Aziz ) Muy buena comida y muy diversa, todo incluido es real. Bonito hotel, espacios grandes, luminosos y hermosos. Esperamos 2:30 para nuestra habitación, que no estaba muy bien hecho, tal vez por el tiempo de la fiesta. El desayuno es gigantesco con todos los platos posibles e imaginables. Los almuerzos y cenas no son lo suficientemente variados, pizzas, hamburguesas, papas fritas a voluntad, para el resto debes hacer largas colas. La ropa de cama es muy cómoda y los cojines también, se proporciona un apósito bastante grande. No hay luz en la ducha, lo cual es bastante incómodo. La animación es un poco promedio a pesar de la buena voluntad de los entrenadores. Si llega en verano, es mejor levantarse temprano para reservar su descanso junto a la piscina. Acerca de la piscina, la música es del agrado de los animadores, por lo que puedes pasar horas con música nullissimes. Bonito lugar para niños pequeños.

Hermoso hotel, personal fantástico y excelente servicio. El hotel parecía un poco anticuado al principio, pero se debió principalmente a que se prepararon para el comienzo de la temporada de verano. Los camareros son simplemente increíbles, muy vacilantes y reflexivos. La habitación es asombrosa, siempre se mantiene limpia con un apagón diario. El hotel en sí está impecable. Las opciones de comida son fantásticas, con una gran selección para vegetarianos, e incluso una buena selección de pescetarians. La playa es increíble también. Hay mucho que hacer en el área local, como el gran zoco que está a un corto trayecto en taxi. La única queja es la gente de lookie lookie local que intenta vender cosas CADA vez que sale del hotel a la playa, esto es bastante fácil de tratar si tiene la suficiente confianza como para seguir diciendo "No, gracias".En general, un lugar y un hotel fantástico y sin duda volveremos. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia, pero en mi opinión, esto no es un 5 estrellas, pero más 4 estrellas. La habitación era bonita y espaciosa, pero tenía que pedir batas, no plancha y tardaron 2 días en cambiar la bombilla del inodoro. El personal es muy amable y hay una buena selección de comidas y bebidas. Solo le falta esa delicadeza extra para ser 5 estrellas. Definitivamente regresaría pero solo a un precio descontado similar

3 semanas en AGADIR en enero? Donde quedarse Y a que hora ¡Qué preguntas hacer! Excelente elección para este hermoso hotel en Agadir, muy bien ubicado en la caminata muy larga. Tienes ahí, la excelencia en todo! Comer, buen gusto en la decoración, espacio en todas partes, vegetación excepcional alrededor de las piscinas. Han pensado en todo para complacerlo y los clientes no se engañan a sí mismos, regresan cada año para disfrutarlo y yo también lo haré con mucho gusto. Tiempo: podemos decir, 3 semanas de cielo azul con 18 a 23 bajo refugio, por lo tanto no es un jubilado ideal, nos merecen que hablemos, estos líderes, que realmente se preocupan por los detalles, ¡Bravo! ! !

What a beautiful and clean hotel. As soon as you step in there is a beautiful lobby. We was welcomed and given our room key. The hotel is very clean and stunning. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment could be better. But we did go January so maybe not much staff. Food was very taste. People do push in a lot but not hotels fault. Just rude people. A great place for the golfer enthusiasm. I give more stars if I could because they made you feel very welcome and hotel and areas was very clean.

The bedroom was large with a lovely large bed, sofa area and decent size bathroom with twin sinks. The rooms however do have paper-thin walls and ceilings, so be advised many a night could be ruined. As the room above us was being updated it was very noisy indeed. The room is also not cleaned to a very high standard. Dust on lampshade, soap in bidet and towels left unchanged on one occasion.The bar and restaurant staff are excellent, service is quick. The food is very good, we enjoyed both the buffet and the two restaurants.We went end of March and poolside was starting to get more busy, if you are sun worshippers I do wonder how it will cope in summer.Hardly anyone swam in the pools, indoor or outdoor. Don't know why, most bizarre sight I've seen, 100s of people baking in the sun and pool empty.Entertainment is good, animation team were great in my opinion.

We made friends with particular waiters who then served us for the holiday which was a lovely touch, and the staff were very professional. The hotel has many bars and a lovely outside pool with plenty of pool beds and chairs and a swim up bar, although I recommend going out early to get a good spot. This hotel is wonderful and the hotel staff are brilliant but just step outside the hotel into the streets and you will get robbed or worse. The hotel is one ofif not the best hotel I've ever stayed in but the Moroccan people are generally horrible thieves. I did meet a few nice locals but most of the people are going to fleece you. If you go to this hotel then you won't regret it and it has everything you need for a good holiday. Morocco isn't a safe country and the airport security has got to be the worst I've ever seen. It's just a matter of time before one of these hateful people puts a bomb on a plane.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and excellent service. The hotel did appear a little dated at first but it was mainly due to them preparing for the beginning of the summer season. The waiting staff are simply amazing, very tentative and thoughtful. The room is amazing, always kept clean with daily turn down. The hotel itself is spotless. The food choices are fantastic with a great selection for vegetarian, and even good pescetarians selection. The beach is amazing too. Lots to do in the local area such as the large souk which is a short taxi ride away. The only complaint is the local lookie lookie people trying to sell things EVERY time you leave the hotel onto the beach, this is easy enough to deal with if you're confident enough to simply just keep saying "No thank you".On the whole a fantastic place and hotel and we would definitely come again. Thank you for an amazing summer vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay but In my opinion, this is not 5 star but more 4 star. The room was nice & spacious but had to ask for dressing gowns, no iron & took 2 days to get the toilet light bulb changed. The staff are very friendly & there’s a good choice of food & drinks. It just lacks that little extra finesse to be 5 star. Would definitely return but only on a similar discounted price

The optional restaurants serve the same food that is served at the buffet. Pool area is nice but they make you pack up and leave for 6pm on the dot which is no good as it's still light and hot outside

I've never stayed at a 5 star hotel that clears the pool and sunbeds at 6pm on the dot. It's over 30 degrees and you're enjoying yourself and then you're persistently told by pool staff to get out of the pool and off your sunbed. Such a shame as this hotel could be really good if it wasn't for the pool staff and crazy rules. If it's sunny and warm you don't let us go in the pool or sit on our sunbeds. Sort it out Riu!!

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff that are very polite and accommodating. The food, facilities and entertainment for couples and families are great. Live entertainment is on every night, and during the day you have a choice of swimming by the pool or beach. Young children can spend time at the creche or small playground with a mini pool. The hotel even offers free art classes and very decent size gym. I would have loved to give the hotel a 5 star rating, but the rooms fall short in cleanliness (dust in the air conditioning unit which aggravated my daughter's asthma). Also the room did smell a little stale, we had to leave the balcony doors open whenever we were in the room.

3rd visit and still absolutely love this hotel. I do have to say, though, that whereas previous years the cleaning has been spectacular, this year seemed a little lacklustre. For example, the huge windows in reception look out towards the pool and sea and never seemed to have a speck on them, but this year they looked like they haven't been cleaned since last year. Still, the staff and foods and rooms are all fabulous and we'll definitely visit again

Fantastic hotel. Went as a couple for the last week in August. Staff are absolutely brilliant, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great selection of food in the buffet, and the a la carte restaurants help to break the routine up a bit. Can't comment on the evening entertainment as it's not really our thing. Lovely promenade out the back of the hotel for a stroll along the beach and towards town and the harbour. Beach was very crowded but the hotel has it's own private part with sunbeds included. As camels are there it can be a bit whiffy though! All in all I'd thoroughly recommend a visit

Just got back, had a great time good hotel pretty much everything was good but a little disappointed with the mini bar and hotel sorting some request out for tea bags milk and a few more things that we wanted in the room and them not turning up (well they did turn up, tea bags about 4 hours later beer about 2days later)We started taking goods back from breakfast buffet for the room and I thought that was a shame for such a nice 5 star hotel.I'm going to do a little list.1, no toilet roll on arrival or water and poor stocked mini fridge.2, no tee spoon one day, had to use leg of my glasses3 no tee bags4 no milk. A couple of times5 one or two more little things but lots of really good points too.6 room was massive 😊👍

I give it only 4 starts instead of 5 because the the hotel for me is not interestingly decorated, the only good place to sit and enjoy the decor is the very spacious lobby, that's it. In ALL the other amenities the lightning situation was horrible. Having said that, the hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, welcoming and professional. Food, specialty in the buffet is great. A standard room looks like a junior suite with a sitting area.

TERRIBLE. The manager of this so called hotel swore at my mother and called her a “fu*king bit*ch” because the cash machine took her money and she asked what’s gonna be done about it. Then the staff said well u shouldn’t be like that with him he is the manger he can speak like that if he wants to. Stayed here a few years ago and it was brilliant, coming back for the second time I can see it’s dropped MASSIVELY. Paid so much to be abused in a hotel. I have a video I will be putting on trip advisor. The entertainment isn’t as good at all, the spa is absolutely rubbish the woman was massaging me like she was in aMarathon and the woman on the spa reception is rude. The last time they were amazing.

I've tried to contact TUI twice already but noone has got back to me. The staff were attentive and the hotel nice, however their food hygiene is appalling. On the last day, I ate dinner before getting the coach to the airport and after 10 minutes I had to rush to the toilet. Since then, I have been going to the toilet around 10-15 times a day and not retained any food. The doctors have had to book me in for a blood test because of the situation. It has now been 5 weeks since getting home, I have lost a stone in weight and the toilet visits are not getting less frequent. While i enjoyed the holiday, the fact that their food has left me in this situation is disgusting, and noone has even responded to me. Don't eat their food.

This is an amazing hotel. The family never wanted to leave and don’t stop talking about wanting to return. It’s situated in a nice beach town, with many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was very clean and neat, the rooms were always cleaned well. The layout was stylish and functional. The food and bar service was very friendly and fast, the waiters never let our drinks get empty and there was a variety of food. El hotel está construido justo al lado de una playa de arena en una finca suavemente montañosa. Debido al vasto espacio del hotel, alrededor de 1.500 huéspedes del hotel (600 habitaciones) no se sienten abarrotados. Hierba maravillosamente verde, densa y jugosa que se siente como una alfombra mullida; gran salón lleno de vida por la noche; piscina separada y área de juegos para niños; una habitación espaciosa en la que una cama supletoria para un niño tiene su propio lugar separado y no parece que esté presionada con una rodilla a la fuerza; arena limpia y fina en una amplia playa; Paseo de casi 7 km de largo a lo largo de la costa del océano ... ¿es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones?Luego de un vuelo de 5 horas en un avión del tipo "te daremos 15 asientos más, caben" y un viaje de casi una hora en bus, finalmente llegamos a nuestro destino alrededor de las 0:30 am. En la recepción del hotel, cuatro empleados divertidos nos ayudan a escribir unas tontas hojas de papel, conseguimos una llave y la información "ve a la izquierda al ascensor". 5 estrellas !!! hotel, recepción vacía, 4 huéspedes desocupados y tenemos que buscar habitación ??? Probablemente sólo el cansancio y el calor nos hicieron seguir humildemente. Por supuesto, nos perdimos y cuando finalmente llegamos allí, nuestro equipaje no nos estaba esperando ... Después de unos 20 minutos, regresé al mostrador de recepción donde nuestras maletas estaban EXACTAMENTE donde las dejé.COMIDA. Por supuesto, estaba fresco y nadie se envenenó. Pero olvídate de platos elegantes como en Dubai o frutas extrañas con nombres desconocidos como en Zanzíbar ... Olvídate de las discusiones en la mesa ("wow, ¿qué es? Delicioso, ¿dónde lo encontraste? De frutas exóticas, nos sirvieron melones, sandías, uvas y nectarinas (¡diablos, tengo más opciones en el mercado de Lidl!). Oh, también había peras en el almíbar. 2 tipos de pescado. Maíz enlatado. Papas. Zanahorias, en cubitos. Algunos frijoles. Pizza. Papas fritas. Pollo. El sushi sucedió una vez. En el lateral, un "tajine" local modestamente exhibido, pero igual todos los días. Pero si te encanta la comida alemana, este es el hotel para ti: "espías", ternera con grasa y DIBUJOS ANIMADOS.El hotel está MUY LIMPIO, los ascensores se lavan todos los días, los pisos se limpian todos los días; mayor fue el impacto que experimenté cuando intenté encontrar un colchón relativamente limpio junto a la piscina del hotel. El hotel más maravilloso en el que me he alojado. Un área grande con un hermoso jardín. La piscina es muy grande. En general hay mucho espacio, no hay mucha gente. Comida deliciosa, gran selección. Para el desayuno vino espumoso, para la cena y la cena, vino servido en botellas sobre una mesa. Todo está en forma para el último botón. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Mini bar con reposición diaria de Coca coli, sprite y fanta. La habitación tiene un hervidor de agua: existe la oportunidad de hacer café y té (café clásico de Nescafé y té Lipton que se repone diariamente). Buenas bebidas en los bares, alcohol de marca (por ejemplo, Martini, Grants, Jack Daniels). Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel

He estado en este hotel 4 veces y siempre tengo una estancia encantadora con habitaciones limpias y buena comida. El personal lo hace tan amable y servicial con un gran sentido del humor. Hermoso paseo marítimo a la playa, tiendas cercanas y el mejor vestíbulo que he visto. Tres piscinas, con calefacción interior y 1 exterior climatizada y 1 más fría, pero está bien. Bar en la piscina y bebidas servidas cerca de la piscina. Las mejores bebidas en el vestíbulo con servicio de 24 horas. Cinco estrellas para Marruecos 💙

Llegamos tarde en la noche y tenían cócteles y un buffet para refrescos. El hotel está en un terreno muy grande con buena seguridad alrededor. Dos piscinas grandes y una con bar en la piscina. El personal es muy amable. La comida es buena muchas opciones un asado diferente y Tagine todos los días. Siempre hay mucho espacio alrededor de la piscina y la playa, a un corto paseo por el paseo marítimo hasta la playa de arena. La arena se pone muy caliente. El mar tiene algunas olas grandes que pueden atraparte, pero el agua es muy clara y buena para bucear. Nunca tuve que hacer cola o esperar demasiado para tomar una copa. Música en vivo todas las noches junto con el equipo de animación. Pasé dos semanas estupendas con casi todos los días calurosos y soleados. Puede haber un poco de niebla por las mañanas, pero esto quema entre 10 y 11. Hay tres restaurantes en el hotel, un italiano, un marroquí y un cristal. Todos ellos merecen una visita. El italiano es donde se sirve el almuerzo y el té de la tarde.

Beautiful promenade out to beach, shops nearby & the best foyer I've seen. Three pools, indoor heated & 1 heated outside & 1 colder but, ok. Swim up bar & drinks served near pool. Top drinks in foyer with 24hr service. Five star for Morocco 💙

Arrived late in the evening and they had cocktails and a buffet for refreshments. Hotel is on very large grounds with good security around. Two large pools and one with a swim up bar. Staff very friendly. Food is good many choices a different Roast and Tagine everyday. Always plenty of room around the pool and the beach a short walk across the promenade to the sandy beach. The sand does get very hot. The sea has some large waves that can catch you out but the water is very clear and good for snorkelling. Never had to queue or wait to long for a drink. Live music every evening along with the animation team. Had a great two weeks with nearly every day hot and sunny. There can be a little mist in the mornings but this burns off between 10 & 11. There are threerestaurants in the hotel an Italian a Moroccan and Crystal. They are all worth a visit. The Italian is where lunch is served and afternoon tea.

An outstanding hotel that I've ever been to. Staff are so friendly they are like family your made to feel at home 24/7 cannot do enough for you. Always entertainment on always things to do swimming, games, fitness, excursions, spa which Is amazing treat. They make your time feel extra special for your birthday or occasion. I will be coming back again and have recommended it to family and friends and I'll never forget the hotel as it deserves 5 stars for high class. Also the manager deserved credit for everything he does. Also the food they offer I've never seen so much tasty food and plenty on offer. Also all staff care about making sure your hydrated and take good care of you. Also staff that clean the bedrooms to staff filling up the fridge are all friendly and always come to surprises on your bed for example I got ribbon and heart made out of the bed sheet. It has a great atmosphere wherever you are in the hotel. I cannot thank them enough and hope many more people come to this hotel as this is a once in a lifetime!

Rooms great size, one draw back all rooms have twin beds which are made up to a king size, not a problem for a couple but if you have kids and want separate beds then you need to email the hotel before hand. Facilities were good, evening entertainment was so so, but day time entertainment excellent. Pool area clean and pools looked after. Didn't really notice any broken tiles.

This is my worst thing....Where do non smokers go at night. Even can't go out at night cus of smoke...... Even by pool sunbathing this is problem....... A big problem. Smoking in outside dinng area when if we wanted sit outside we couldn't cus of smoke. Should be smoking and non smoking areas..... Sunbeds omg you have to put towels in 5* hotel going out at 730am... Omg, this is getting increasingly bad

Hotel Riu Palace Tikida is a must if you are coming to Agadir for a holiday. This is a 5 star hotel that actually is 5 star. The service is amazing. Always a friendly member of stalf to help with whatever you need or just to get you a drink. All inclusive 24hr what more can you ask lol 😁 The place is very clean and the rooms are big and spacious. You have a walk in wardrobe as well as a living room and balcony/terresse. Also a free mini bar. The variety of food is mind blowing and very well cooked. As well at the main restaurant they have 3 speciality ones that you can book. They are a also amazing. I can't say enough how good this hotel was and more than that it's opened my eyes to run hotels in general. When we next go away we will be looking at their hotels first. If they are anything like what we found here we know we will love it.

It's a very nice looking hotel and the staff work very hard to keep it that way. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The rooms and outside area were kept clean and the variety of food was the best I've seen at a hotel so far.My reasons for not giving it 5 stars are that the laundry service was shockingly expensive (a large paper bag of washing and ironing that would cost around £10 at my local laundromat would have cost £103 at the hotel, needless to say I handwashed what I needed and did without the rest). The other reason is that I've stayed at 4 star hotels on a number of occasions where you had waiter service in the bar and lobby areas for drinks but that was not the case at this hotel despite it being classed as a 5 star.All this said, if I went to Agadir in the future I would consider this hotel as it is clearly one of the better ones along the seafront.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, one of the nicest I’ve stayed in for the price! The whole hotel was absolutely immaculate and the room was huge! The two restaurants were great and had a huge choice of foods! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only downfall was the alcohol, I’m not a big drinker but they did not have any brand names and everything tasted of paint stripper.

A Truly great hotel been twice now. The hotel is a great 5 star delight. Never had a bad moment just a dream of a time. Rooms our great pay for sea view room 4034 and 4038 we and our Parents had. Room 4038 had massive corner Balcony. Decor is fantastic here so Moroccan in feel low lights and what you would expect from RIU Palace's Staff our so courteous to you and also have a great sense of humour which is rare now days. Here are just a few of the Palaces wicked staffKhadija from breakfast,lunch and evening meal outstanding second to non service. Muhammad also outstanding service in the restaurants.I would give them all 10 out of 10 here. OK weather not always good in December but we had at least 5 days great weather out of 7. Will return soon well done Riu another great hotel. We have Been to five Riu Palaces and this one is top joint top with Riu Palace Mexico (Playa Car) Just shows you don't have to go to the Caribbean for Best Riu hotels......

Nice hotel. Next to the beach. There is huge outdoor pools, indoor pools. Also you can go to the see. We enjoyed the see as it is perfect for kids, shallow. Food is good, we were lucky, as we always found a table outside.

Riu Palace Tikida located next to the sandy beach at Agadir has wonderful grounds surrounding the swimming pools. The staff are very friendly and helpful and service is excellent. There is a wide variety of superb food in the restaurant. There is also a gym, spa and indoor pool.

This is a large 5* beachside hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is buffet style and delicious. Rooms are comfortable and large. Excellent pool and sunbathing area , exellent location. Agadir is one of our favourite places.

Fabulous hotel and wonderful staff. Amin our waiter couldn't do enough for my 2 year old son. I needed a Dr and one was there within half an hour. Don't hesitate to book here.

Would highly recommend this hotel, we visited at a quiet time but it was immaculately presented and hosted by amazing staff. Good range of food and drinks served all day, the beach front location is ideal and the security staff do an excellent job at keeping the street sellers away.

My 2nd time staying in this hotel and again they did not disappoint. The service is excellent the staff are always smiling and say hello, the food is fantastic and the hotel is really clean. They have again made this a special holiday.

Super good hotel !! The people who work there literally run for you if something is not right or if you ask them something. Really beautiful hotel with nice rooms, only very long corridors! So if you are in the back you can walk far. But highly recommended.

Really a nice Hotel, with good facilities, service, team, aimable people, delicious meals/food, quiet during the night (pool-side), easy to reach the beach and sea-side, with SPA (massage - worth going there) > an excellent stay and worth coming back a 2nd time ;-)

First day here, staff are great to be fair. However, the bars are a lot to answer for...crowded no order...no drinks...ran out of 'Baileys', weak drink mixtures very poor for a '5*'.
