“Breakfast was not included, even thought the price was such that I expected it to be. If one wanted to buy the breakfast separately, it cost ridiculous 20 euros/person.The hotel claims to be four stars, with a spa section, but I found only on arrival that the pool is being renovated. (In addition to breakfast not being included.)The whole hotel, in particul our room, smelled of old dust which irritated my airways. It required ventilating a very long time to get the air quality reasonable, and I did not come to Riga to ventilate some old hotel room.The toilet seat was leaking slightly, so that it periodically made some sounds as it filled up the water tank.The only good things I found: The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is good, just across the bridge Akmens tilts from old Riga.”
