“The things that I rate highly when I stay in a hotel is the staff, cleanliness, comfort, value for money and efficiency. I’ve lived in Abu Dhabi for over ten years but this was the first time staying here and I can quite honestly say it was a fantastic experience and I rate it highly for everything. In particular the staff were welcoming, from the valet at the entrance who couldn’t do enough for me to the check in staff and even staff walking around the hotel. The rooms were spacious enough and very clean. The beds were comfy and we could hear no noise from anywhere. Self parking was easy in the day but was packed in the evening (but there’s tons of parking which is great). Well done Novotel!”

“Carpets are stained. Furniture's are cleaned for name sake. Thanks for providing bathing gel and shampoo. Rest you have to take your own. Staff feels that guests need to request if they need anything else and if they in good mood, Lucky us. It seems covered parking is only for 4x4 and luxury cars, sedans they dump in hot sun at somewhere.”
