“Let me start off by saying that this stay was one of our best ones yet! I did come across an issue with the wifi the first day, but it was immediately fixed once Mr. Jimenez knew about it. He made our stay even more pleasant as he continued to check in with us. He’s friendly, kind and the most helpful. One hundred percent recommend.”

“This is not a 5 or 4 star hotel. It's a good 3 star. Pool area is small with limited chairs that you have to go early and leave a towel to reserve your beds. Only one bar. One main restaurant, and two other restaurant that are not all that . You have access to Hacienda next door that's smaller but nicer since it's adult only. That's pretty much it. For a 3 star is good.”
