“Well… what can you say? It’s a St. Regis. Of course it’s fabulous! We stayed just one night, our last night in Florence. The concierge arranged for a car service to transit us to the airport early the next morning. The hotel is just beautiful and the staff were lovely. We ate at the Winter Garden and did “the ritual”. The food was amazing, as expected, but the service was bad none. It’s everything you expect from a St. Regis and then some. Our only complaint- not staying longer! We can’t wait to come back for an extended visit.”

“Very elegant hotel situated next to the river. The views from my balcony in the morning were amazing. The rooms were very spacious, the dining area was beautiful and the employees were very helpful and accommodating.
Access to the rooms are still the old fashioned lock and key, and I like that because it gives that old style vibe to it compared to the modern key card we have today for hotel chains (This is a Marriott property btw).
Also you're not allowed to take the key out with you if you decide to stroll out late at night for security purposes... I found that out the hard way 😅”
