All of the 475 stylish rooms have flat-panel cable TVs high-speed internet access and plenty of space. The hotel pampers guests from morning to night with at least four restaurants and several swim-up bars and lounges and there's live entertainment just about every night. The hotel offers a gym tennis courts a guest laundry a business center childrens' programs and a full spa. A car rental desk comes in handy for day trips. “My wife and I had four days of vacation highly recommend the Sheraton. Everybody here was super friendly and easy to communicate with I have limited Spanish but I was able to get by. We got to meet one of the managers Vanessa Gonzalez who was such a pleasure dealing with she was such an asset to the Marriott Corporation. Definitely coming back soon as possible. Spent a lot of time on the beach under a thatched hut drink service was fantastic. Numerous polls and restaurants parasailing at your fingertips massages at your fingertips. Very clean good housekeeping. Starbucks on premises. Ate pretty much everything fruit vegetables not one problem. Highly recommended.”

“Everything was great. We were very happy with our room. We ate good food and relaxed by the pool. Plus, the hotel was so conveniently located that we were a short cab ride away from the Romanic Zone and lots of great restaurants everywhere. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful; everyone from the room cleaners, front desk, bellmen, waiters - couldn't have been nicer. Thank you, and looking forward to returning!”
