“El hotel es una maravilla. Fue nuestra primera vez en un hotel tan lujoso y nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. Las recepcionistas hablaban español y fueron muy amables al recibirnos y explicarnos todo sobre el hotel y sus servicios. Fue nuestra luna de miel y nos sorprendieron con una botella de champán y unos chocolates, todo un detalle!! La habitación daba a la calle principal y era enorme, preciosa y cómoda. También disfrutamos de la piscina rodeados de rascacielos, toda una experiencia. La única pega es que en las 3 noches que pasamos allí no nos limpiaron la habitación ni hicieron la cama, ni cambiaron las toallas. Bajé a recepción a comentarlo la última noche y al momento vinieron por lo menos a darnos toallas limpias (siguieron sin limpiarnos la habitación ni hacernos la cama aún así). No obstante, el hotel es precioso, bien ubicado (teniendo en cuenta que LA es enorme), la zona es muy buena, puedes pasear tranquilo y tienes muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Lo recomendamos.”

“I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff is so friendly; everyone I interacted with seemed to be genuinely happy and it’s good feelings all around. Every question I asked was met with a “yes, absolutely” and a smile. We arrived a little early, could we check in? Yes. We wanted to keep our car and bags there while we explored the city before we left but had already checked out. No problem! They stored everything until the evening. At breakfast I said I would pick off my my partners plate, they split the order and added an extra egg without us asking instead. Thirsty? Bottled water is waiting for you and free and always available at the front desk if you would like more. They offer a free car service within 3 miles, give drink vouchers for the restaurant (which serves lovely food) and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Didn’t get woken up by thin walls…check out is noon. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and that’s rare. Awesome place. I wish every hotel was like this. We decided that this is the hotel chain we will stay in whenever we have the chance.”
