Delicious food in the hotel’s restaurant, and a beautiful view out to the city. However, I’d love to know what the stains on the mattress were, and why our room was called on two separate occasions while we were trying to sleep this morning. Overall a nice place to stay, and again a beautiful view.

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our trip. Our room had everything we needed and it felt like home from the moment that we walked in! It's also close enough to Lots-Aa Land, which made things easy during this busy time of year when everyone wants their kids out playing rather than stuck at an indoor playground all day long It would be hard not recommend anyone stay here if they're looking somewhere affordable yet still want access too some peace & quiet after exploring those fun attractions around town

Parking is extremely expensive over $50 per night. The room was typical, nothing special. Mini fridge was so small it could barely hold a soda can, forget any leftovers you may bring back from a restaurant.No microwave in room.The only good thing was the lounge, which comes with an upgraded room. This was definitely an unexpected plus.Unlimited drinks and great snacks including hot items.Breakfast in lounge included baggles and lox, nice addition to the typical conventional option.Be prepared to see homeless encampment less than a block away.

The Omni is among the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are all professional, personable, and friendly. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are set up perfectly. The lobby and hallways even smell good. I felt well taken care of and safe the whole time I was there.

When we first checked in the valet was IMPECCABLE! They opened our doors with nothing but smiles. The front desk employees were so awesome, they had free snacks, and gave us vouchers for a complimentary drinks. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room. The room smelled so nice and had an AMAZING view of the city. Until the day we left the service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I'm an associate from a different omni and seeing this really warms my heart that every omni should have this kind of service.

Friendly, attentive staff that made me feel right at home during my stay. Walking distance to a couple of great museums, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Angel's Flight, a trolley of sorts (down a steep hill) that deposits you right across the street from Grand Central Market. Great location and a spacious, comfortable room. I wished the pool was heated, and that there were more close by food choices on the weekend but those were small wrinkles in an overall great stay.

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff is so friendly; everyone I interacted with seemed to be genuinely happy and it’s good feelings all around. Every question I asked was met with a “yes, absolutely” and a smile. We arrived a little early, could we check in? Yes. We wanted to keep our car and bags there while we explored the city before we left but had already checked out. No problem! They stored everything until the evening. At breakfast I said I would pick off my my partners plate, they split the order and added an extra egg without us asking instead. Thirsty? Bottled water is waiting for you and free and always available at the front desk if you would like more. They offer a free car service within 3 miles, give drink vouchers for the restaurant (which serves lovely food) and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Didn’t get woken up by thin walls…check out is noon. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and that’s rare. Awesome place. I wish every hotel was like this. We decided that this is the hotel chain we will stay in whenever we have the chance.

El hotel es una maravilla. Fue nuestra primera vez en un hotel tan lujoso y nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. Las recepcionistas hablaban español y fueron muy amables al recibirnos y explicarnos todo sobre el hotel y sus servicios. Fue nuestra luna de miel y nos sorprendieron con una botella de champán y unos chocolates, todo un detalle!! La habitación daba a la calle principal y era enorme, preciosa y cómoda. También disfrutamos de la piscina rodeados de rascacielos, toda una experiencia. La única pega es que en las 3 noches que pasamos allí no nos limpiaron la habitación ni hicieron la cama, ni cambiaron las toallas. Bajé a recepción a comentarlo la última noche y al momento vinieron por lo menos a darnos toallas limpias (siguieron sin limpiarnos la habitación ni hacernos la cama aún así). No obstante, el hotel es precioso, bien ubicado (teniendo en cuenta que LA es enorme), la zona es muy buena, puedes pasear tranquilo y tienes muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. Lo recomendamos.

Pésimo servicio en el check in , yo había reservado dos cuartos en hoteles.con y ahí me dijeron que solo tenían uno y era de expedía, y que era a final de cuentas la misma empresa cosa que yo no tengo porque saber , mucha preocupación al no tener el otro cuarto y cero disposición de ayudar a resolver por favor atención en esos detalles gracias

Fuimos al Congreso de la Academia Americana de Otorrinolaringología y nos hospedamos en este Hotel. Muy bonito y cómodo. Empleados amables… pero sufrí una caída en la bañera (está muy lisa y resbalosa)y no sentí empatía alguna, un simple lo sentimos mucho y ya. No esperaba una compensación económica,pero al menos una retribución de algún tipo.

Es un buen hotel con habitación espaciosa y muy completa y con Buena Vista. La atención en recepción fue amable y rápida. Estaba preparado para calificar mal al hotel porque tanto en la reserva por medio de hoteles.com como en su página oficial dicen que el Internet es solamente en el lobby y que en las habitaciones tiene un costo adicional. Me parecía increíble que aún existiera un hotel cobrando internet en la habitación como si ese fuera su negocio. Cuando llegué a la habitación me encontré con que tenía dos opciones de internet 1 gratis de 7 gigas y otra de alta velocidad de pago. Ya con esto y después de ver la habitación, la vista, los servicios y la atención puedo calificar al hotel con cinco estrellas.
