“Staff, location, service, food, rooms - all 5 stars. We could not find a fault. Not your average cookie cutter 5 star hotel, but a very refined Austrian experience. Every little detail is well thought of. Staff were not only professional and attentive (the least we should expect), they were also genuine. A memorable stay that we hope to replicate again soon - next time with friends and family!”
