“A night away from work and home to see family down here. Check into a room that didnt feel clean to me. Livingroom was okay. Bathroom made me feel uncomfortable. Shower door was not clean. Hairs in the shower and on the toilet. Toilet not clean. Used blanket in the closet. Went down and asked for a new room. They were nice to upgrade us to a suite. That room was dirty as well. Food on the floor when you walk. Shower dirty again. I gave up and asked for a rag and a spray bottle from a housekeeper to clean it myself.I work as a housekeeping manager myself in grand rapids and this was little disappointing.”
