Este lugar é bastante batido e meio nojento. Eu fiquei em muitos Hampton Inns, este é de longe o pior de todos os tempos, e realmente prejudicial para a reputação brilhante que Hampton Inns tem em minha mente. É claro que as altas classificações devem ter chegado há muito tempo e que eles não investem neste lugar há muito tempo. A coisa mais nojenta foram os jarros colocados em cima de latas de lixo e com eles uma placa dizendo “sem líquidos no lixo”, então, em vez disso, as pessoas enchem esse jarro bruto com seus líquidos, e ele fica lá. Existem todos os tipos de sinais ad hoc impressos de uma impressora e colados em várias coisas, muitos com gramática ruim (e minha gramática é terrível). Uma placa diz que “máquina de gelo quebrou”, outra diz que não pode haver “aceitações” para essa lista curiosamente longa de regras postadas no elevador (acho que significam exceções). Não é a gramática que me incomoda, apenas a óbvia falta de preocupação com a necessidade de um sinal de qualquer maneira, ou o uso pouco diplomático dos sinais. Outras 4 placas afixadas na área de jantar alertam as pessoas que devem usar sapatos. Há placas para quase tudo neste hotel, todas elas baratas e postadas ao acaso com fita adesiva. Ah, bem, pelo menos distraiu da cozinha não muito limpa e derrubou completamente os móveis.

Este lugar es bastante golpeado y un poco asqueroso. Me he alojado en muchos Hampton Inns, este es, con mucho, el peor de todos, y realmente daña la reputación brillante que los Hampton Inns tienen en mi mente. Está claro que las altas calificaciones deben haber llegado hace mucho tiempo y que no han invertido en este lugar en mucho tiempo. Lo más asqueroso fueron los cántaros colocados encima de los botes de basura y con ellos un letrero que decía "no hay líquidos en la basura", así que, en cambio, la gente llena este cántaro asqueroso con sus líquidos, y simplemente se queda allí. Hay todo tipo de letreros ad hoc impresos desde una impresora y pegados a varias cosas, muchos con mala gramática (y mi gramática es Terrible). Un letrero dice que "la máquina de hielo se rompió", otro dice que no puede haber "aceptaciones" a esta lista curiosamente larga de reglas publicadas en el ascensor (creo que se refieren a excepciones). No es la gramática lo que me molesta, solo la obvia falta de preocupación por la necesidad de una señal de todos modos, o el uso poco discreto de las señales. Otros 4 carteles colocados en el comedor advierten a las personas que deben usar zapatos. Hay letreros para casi todo en este hotel, todos ellos hechos a bajo costo y colocados al azar con cinta adhesiva. Oh, bueno, al menos distraía de la cocina no muy limpia y golpeaba completamente los muebles.

This place is pretty beat up and kind of gross. I’ve stayed at many Hampton inns, this is by far the worst ever, and really damaging to the sparkling reputation that Hampton Inns have in my mind. It’s clear that the high ratings must have come a long time ago, and that they have not invested in this place in a long time. The grossest thing were the pitchers placed on top of trash cans and with them a sign saying “no liquids In the trash”, so, instead people fill this gross pitcher with their liquids, and it just sits there. There are all kinds of ad hoc signs printed off from a printer and taped to various things, many with poor grammar (and my grammar is Terrible). One sign says that “ice machine broke”, another says that there can be no “acceptations” to this curiously long list of rules posted in the elevator (I think they mean exceptions). It’s not the grammar that bugs me, just the obvious lack of concern about need a sign anyway, or the less than tactful use of the signs. Another 4 signs posted in the dining area warn people that they must wear shoes. There are signs for nearly everything at this hotel, all of them cheaply made and posted haphazardly with scotch tape. Oh well, at least it distracted from the not very clean kitchen and completely beat up furniture.

Eu não tive a chance de ficar lá. Eles têm uma política de cancelamento enganosa. Liguei para cancelar por telefone e o representante de atendimento ao cliente me disse que eu poderia cancelar. Pior serviço ao cliente de todos os tempos. Será chamado de melhor negócio.

No tuve la oportunidad de quedarme allí. Tienen una política de cancelación engañosa. Llamé para cancelar por teléfono y el representante de servicio al cliente me dijo que podía cancelar. Llamé 3 días antes de que fuera mi reserva. Si hubiera sabido que no podía cancelar, me habría registrado. De todos modos, me quitaron el dinero. Cuando trató de hablar con el gerente general, fue muy grosero y no entendió. Además de eso, me dijeron que la gente no llama y no se presenta todo el tiempo y se negó a devolverme mi dinero. Después de que le expliqué que hubo una mala comunicación con el representante de servicio al cliente, todavía decía que no me devolvería el dinero. El peor servicio al cliente de todos. Se llamará mejor negocio comercial.

I didn’t get a chance to stay there. They have a misleading cancellation policy. I called to cancel over the phone and the customer service rep told me i could cancel. I called 3 days before it was my reservation. If I knew I couldn’t canceled I would have checked in. They took my money anyway. When trying to talk to the general manager he was very rude and not understanding. On top of that told me that people do a no call no show all the time and refused to give me my money back. After I explained to him that there was a mis communication on the customer service rep, he still was saying he wouldn’t refund me my money back. Worst customer service ever. Will be call better business business.

Uma noite longe do trabalho e de casa para ver a família aqui embaixo. Check-in em um quarto que não parecia limpo para mim. Sala de estar estava bem. Banheiro me deixou desconfortável. A porta do chuveiro não estava limpa. Cabelos no chuveiro e no vaso sanitário. WC não limpo. Cobertor usado no armário. Desceu e pediu um novo quarto. Eles foram bons para nos atualizar para uma suíte. Aquele quarto também estava sujo. Comida no chão quando você anda. Chuveiro sujo novamente. Desisti e pedi um pano e um borrifador de uma governanta para limpá-lo eu mesmo.Eu trabalho como gerente de limpeza em Grand Rapids e isso foi um pouco decepcionante.

Una noche fuera del trabajo y del hogar para ver a la familia aquí. Regístrese en una habitación que no me pareció limpia. La sala de estar estaba bien. El baño me hizo sentir incómodo. La puerta de la ducha no estaba limpia. Pelos en la ducha y en el wc. Inodoro no limpio. Manta usada en el armario. Bajó y pidió una nueva habitación. Fueron amables al ascendernos a una suite. Esa habitación también estaba sucia. Comida en el suelo cuando caminas. Ducha sucia otra vez. Me rendí y le pedí un trapo y una botella de spray a un ama de llaves para limpiarlo yo mismo.Yo mismo trabajo como gerente de limpieza en Grand Rapids y esto fue un poco decepcionante.

A night away from work and home to see family down here. Check into a room that didnt feel clean to me. Livingroom was okay. Bathroom made me feel uncomfortable. Shower door was not clean. Hairs in the shower and on the toilet. Toilet not clean. Used blanket in the closet. Went down and asked for a new room. They were nice to upgrade us to a suite. That room was dirty as well. Food on the floor when you walk. Shower dirty again. I gave up and asked for a rag and a spray bottle from a housekeeper to clean it myself.I work as a housekeeping manager myself in grand rapids and this was little disappointing.

Brian is an exceptional customer service representative. He was polite, answered all my questions, recommended places to eat and extended my check out with the best smile. The room was spacious and very clean. The only down fall was the curtains don't close, nothing a hair tie couldn't fix.

Hotel era bom, mas gerido mal. O gerente de fala rápida disse que não poderia contratar pessoas ou obter alimentos para um café da manhã quente. Pode ser um problema do proprietário que economiza muito $$$ por não se esforçar muito para fazer isso Hotel a menos de uma milha de distância (e menos $$) tinha café da manhã quente. Eu sei que pode ser um desafio, mas de alguma forma os outros caras conseguem. Eu irei para outro lugar na próxima vez.

Hotel was fine but managed poorly. Fast talking manager said he could not hire people or get food supplied for a hot breakfast. Might be an owner issue who saves big $$$ by not trying too hard to get it done Hotel less than a mile away (and less $$) had hot breakfast. I know it may be challenging but somehow the other guys get it done. I’ll go elsewhere next time.
