This was my first ever hotel booking and it was amazing. Very clean and comfortable room. Room temperature was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had everything needed for the stay. The complementary breakfast was amazing. Fresh waffles, fruit, had all healthy options including vegan sausages. Great selection of teas. Check in was quick and smooth. Very helpful lady at the desk. I will definitely come again . Thank you very much

Have just returned home after a stay here while we went to see the strictly tour. The hotel was fab, the staff...all of them were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fab ...they have a waffle machine ...I didnt know how to use it and one of the girls made us a waffle ...it was delicious! Having the tram stop just behind the hotel was a massive bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay here. Before we checked in, I got a message from someone In customer service just to confirm the details, and when we went to check in, I got there about 45 minutes early and was able to check in. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and lovely. Rooms are clean, nice and warm. Breakfast was yummy. A wide variety of foods which I enjoyed. I will definitely return.

The hotel is located in a slightly run-down area just on the edge of Birmingham city centre. There is a frequent tram service into and out of the city right next to the hotel, or it's a roughly 15 minute walk. Despite the location of the tram stop nearby, I found the rooms to be very quiet. My stay was comfortable and the rooms were modern and clean. I slept really well every night of my stay. Breakfast is served until 09:30 every day and free of charge, I believe it is served slightly later at weekends. The meat was really good and there was a wide range of sweet and fruit options including a waffle machine. The staff at this hotel are very friendly. Check in/out was quick and easy. My only complaint is that the room was too warm, although this was quickly resolved by the staff who changed a setting remotely to make it cooler.

Really nice comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. The rooms are well appointed and spotless clean. Beautiful bright white linen and towels. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The room has a kettle, hairdryer and iron. Situated next to the St Paul metro tram Station and also on a main bus route. The breakfast is self service. Cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, choice of pastries, croissants, muffins. Make your own waffles too with all the toppings you would want. Hot food, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns and a veggie mix of peppers. 2 toasting machines and 2 hot drinks machines, fresh juice and cold water. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Um hotel com preços muito razoáveis, mas confortável, com um bom estacionamento literalmente na esquina (tivemos que pagar, mas a taxa era barata para uma cidade).Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto estava muito quente para nós e as janelas não abrem. Os hóspedes não podem controlar o ar condicionado sozinhos, você tem que perguntar na recepção. Pedimos, saímos para jantar e quando voltamos, ei, presto, o quarto era adorável e legal. Isso significava que, muito incomum para nós, nós dois dormimos muito bem, o hotel também era muito tranquilo à noite.O banheiro era excelente com um chuveiro decente.O café-da-manhã em estilo buffet nunca são os melhores, mas foi bom e significou que não houve qualquer atraso.Todos em todos muito bom valor para o dinheiro para um hotel apenas a uma curta caminhada do centro da cidade.

A very reasonably priced but comfortable hotel with a good car park literally round the corner (we had to pay but the rate was cheap for a city). When we got to our room it was too hot for us and the windows don't open. Guests can't control the air conditioning themselves, you have to ask at reception. We did ask, went out for dinner and when we came back, hey presto the room was lovely and cool. This meant that very unusually for us we both slept very well, the hotel was also very quiet at night. The bathroom was excellent with a decent shower. The buffet style breakfasts are never the best but it was fine and meant that there was no delay whatsoever. All in all very good value for money for a hotel only a very short walk from the heart of the city.

O hotel fica a aproximadamente 20 minutos a pé da New Street. Há uma parada de bonde do lado de fora se você não quiser caminhar.Check-in foi bastante terrível. Uma mulher estava ocupada no telefone, seu colega literalmente nos deixou em branco. A mulher ao telefone terminou a ligação e foi muito útil. Um cavalheiro veio fazer o check-in atrás de nós e o colega entrou em ação. Claramente ela não gostou da nossa aparência.Apenas uma toalha no quarto. Desceu e pediu outro à recepcionista desagradável. Ela nos disse que mandaria um. Isso nunca aconteceu.O quarto em si estava impecável. Adorável chuveiro, cama confortável etc. Não há problemas.O café da manhã estava OK. A equipe parecia muito lenta em limpar e reabastecer a comida. O que havia, era bom.Um pouco confuso, mas perfeitamente OK para uma noite.

The hotel is approximately a 20 minute walk from New Street. There is a tram stop outside if you don't want to walk though. Check in was pretty dire. One woman was busy on the phone, her colleague literally blanked us. Woman on the phone finished call and was really helpful. A gentleman came to check in behind us and the colleague sprung in to action. Clearly she'd not liked the look of us. Only one towel in the room. Went down and asked the unpleasant receptionist for another. She told us she'd have one sent up. This never happened. The room itself was spotless. Lovely shower, comfortable bed etc. No problems there. Breakfast was OK. Staff seemed very slow at clearing up and refilling the food. What there was, was good though. A bit of a mixed bag, but perfectly OK for a night.

Was OK for a budget priced hotel. Fine for somewhere to put your head down. Bar closed between 10.30 and 11pm so they can shift change. Need overlapping shifts! 2 off and2 on at same time isn't ideal.

Great location, lovely rooms, breakfast really tasty. Such a shame to witness hotel reception staff being abused verbally by a group of female guests for an ongoing time which they dealt with with the upmost diplomacy and professionalism. Well done hotel team ! The better people ! Thanks for a great stay !

Pior hotel que já fiquei. Não consigo pensar em um ponto bom. Ao fazer o check-in por 2 noites terríveis, nos perguntaram se precisávamos de limpeza para arrumar nosso quarto para a segunda noite, dissemos que sim, mas isso não aconteceu. Voltei para as camas desfeitas, toalhas úmidas, sem recargas de chá/café. Pedimos toalhas limpas, nunca recebemos. O concurso do bar na primeira noite, quando ele finalmente apareceu, foi positivamente rude quando foi ao bar para tomar algumas bebidas e lanches. Todos os funcionários pareciam indiferentes aos convidados, felizes em ignorar sempre que possível. O café da manhã é composto de produtos de qualidade inferior em relação a produtos salgados, ovos mexidos granulados, batatas nojentas e cogumelos enlatados. O chuveiro não poderia ser menor e a cereja do bolo era poder ouvir a TV dos quartos vizinhos a noite toda. Eu não recomendo que ninguém fique aqui. Sempre.

Nice staff, excelente pequeno-almoço quente gratuito, cama confortável e almofadas maravilhosas. Usamos o centro de fitness que era pequeno, mas tem o que você precisa. Há um trem intermunicipal atrás do hotel, perfeito para embarcar e seguir para o centro da cidade ou Grand Central Station, a apenas 4 paradas de distância. Nosso quarto fez backup para as faixas e não ouvimos nada à noite.

Nice staff, great hot free breakfast, comfy bed and wonderful pillows. We used the fitness center which was small but has what you need. There's an intercity train behind the hotel, perfect to hop on and head to city center or Grand Central Station, just 4 stops away. Our room backed up to the tracks and we didn't hear it at all at night.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I can’t think of one good point. On checking in for 2 dreadful nights we were asked if we required housekeeping to make up our room for the second night, we said we did but it didn’t happen. Came back to unmade beds, damp towels, no tea/coffee refills. We asked for fresh towels, never got any. The bar tender on the first night when he finally appeared was positively rude when went to the bar for a couple of drinks and snacks. All staff appeared to be nonchalantly indifferent to the guests, happy to ignore wherever possible. Breakfast is made up of substandard over salty produce, grainy scrambled egg, disgusting potato tots and tinned mushrooms. The shower head couldn’t possibly be any smaller and the icing on the cake was being able to hear the neighbouring rooms TV all night. I do not recommend that anyone stays here. Ever.

Eu e meu namorado ficamos aqui. Um bom hotel e um delicioso café da manhã. Os quartos estavam limpos. A única coisa ruim foi que, quando saímos, a recepcionista foi muito rude. Ela nem olhou para mim e apenas arrancou os cartões-chave de mim. Não disse uma palavra ou olhou para nós. Eu disse obrigado e que tive uma boa estadia e ela simplesmente me ignorou e foi embora. Não foi uma boa maneira de terminar uma viagem agradável. Fora isso, daria cinco estrelas.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here. A nice hotel and a lovely breakfast. Rooms were clean. They only bad thing was that when we left, the receptionist was very rude. She didn't even look at me and just snatched the key cards from me. Didn't say a word or look at us. I said thankyou and that I had a nice stay and she just ignored me and walked away. Was not a nice way to end a nice 1trip. Other than that, I would have given five stars.

Habitación con baño adaptado a minusválidos y con una puerta que la comunicaba con la habitación contigua. Se escuchaba cualquier ruido o conversación dela otra habitación. Además también se escuchaba un zumbido continuo aún apagando el aire acondicionado. El personal muy cordial.
