“The hotel is located in a slightly run-down area just on the edge of Birmingham city centre. There is a frequent tram service into and out of the city right next to the hotel, or it's a roughly 15 minute walk. Despite the location of the tram stop nearby, I found the rooms to be very quiet. My stay was comfortable and the rooms were modern and clean. I slept really well every night of my stay. Breakfast is served until 09:30 every day and free of charge, I believe it is served slightly later at weekends. The meat was really good and there was a wide range of sweet and fruit options including a waffle machine. The staff at this hotel are very friendly. Check in/out was quick and easy. My only complaint is that the room was too warm, although this was quickly resolved by the staff who changed a setting remotely to make it cooler.”
