“If there ever was a time for a new hotel to take over it's now. We checked in late. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for toilet paper, towels, etc. There was trash under and on the pull out sofa, finger prints all over the mirrors, and food or something on the front of the furniture. I'm not sure if housekeeping was let go during covid, but Marriott should consider this problem. I could have gone to many different hotels. Please value your customers like you used to or someone else will do it for you.”
