“Room is kinda small, bathroom as well. The reception doesn't pick up the phone and when you go down, you see 2 of them doing the check-in of 1 person. Swimming pool costs 5.50euros(pay for it??) And the most ridiculous thing is selling ice (!!!) "the transportation to your room" for 8 EUROS. 8!!! IS THAT NORMAL?! And not giving it for free,ok,but not for 8euros.”

“Reservamos el hotel en un paquete junto con la entrada al Oceanografic y debe ser que dejan para los paquetes combinados las peores habitaciones. La nuestra daba a la avenida principal, con lo que el ruido era brutal, con carga y descarga y la recogida de basuras a las cinco de la mañana, incluso con la ventana cerrada. El baño minúsculo. Yo mido 1,70 y apenas me podía mover en la ducha/bañera y si hablamos de las camas, de las más incómodas en las que he dormido últimamente. En definitiva, si no quieren tener malas críticas, no vendan esos paquetes y mucho menos ofrezcan esas habitaciones.”
