“I guess I don’t understand the great reviews? The front desk staff were pretty snooty towards us the whole time. Right from check in it seemed like it was an inconvenience- they hardly gave us any information about anything, just gave us the room key and that was it. We didn’t even know that there was breakfast on sight until we were checking out. There was mold in our bathroom/we requested to switch rooms but they said no because nothing was available, but the website showed they had almost every room option available. (I guess I’m not total sure how that works but it was disappointing) the rooms look into the ‘courtyard’ but it’s just an elevator and you can see across to other peoples rooms/they can see yours. It mentioned a mini bar in the room but we literally just had wine glasses and nothing to put in them? No fridge either. Was a little confusing. The room was booked with diamond memberpoints so I guess we technically weren’t out any money, but still a disappointment overall.Plus side: we liked the location.”

“Excelente hotel!Minha esposa e eu visitamos com nosso bebê e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Os quartos são muito modernos e confortáveis. Os funcionários do hotel são todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. O café-da-manhã foi ótimo com realmente bons pães e tortilha de patatas. A localização é muito conveniente, pois fica perto de muitos restaurantes e muitos locais turísticos, como o museu do Prado.”
