“Centrally located to everything in downtown New Orleans. Always clean and staff is always friendly. Female Spanish Barterder was always so polite and very knowledgeable of drinks. happy hour every night...this should be done at every embassy Suite. Rooms were modern with nice hardwood floors and no carpet!!!”

“Brianna and Paige delivered the best customer service I have experienced at an Embassy Suites hotel in many years. They were both always welcoming and accommodating. We requested to change rooms to be closer to family and Paige went out of her way to ensure our needs were met. When we requested supplies or towels from the front desk every day of our 10 day stay, Brianna promptly responded and was always so pleasant! In a time when good employees are hard to find, this hotel has managed to staff their front desk with two gems.”
