Nice and clean place. Good, basic food. Rooms are really small with limited storage. Good location - but right on a busy street and very noisy thru the night. Excellent stay, Sherita at the front desk is very helpful and compassionate. The airline lost my luggage, so she packed the toiletries in a bag for me to use. When the airline delivered my luggage, she remembered me and brings the luggage to me. The gym is very nice and get to use it daily.Room is clean and comfortable. Excellent location, grocery store across the hotel and Westfield Shopping Mall is just a short drive. Valet service is great as they provided us with a map and places to visit. Solid functional hotel. I really appreciated the valet parking. The room was clean and decently maintained. Hotel funcional sólido. Gostei muito do estacionamento com manobrista. O quarto era limpo e decentemente mantido.

Clean, comfortable, well designed room in century city location. Friendly, helpful staff. We needed a place for one night, and it was perfect. Starbucks on 1st floor made it even better! AVOID AT ALL COST! The front desk staff is mostly really nice, bed is reasonably comfortable and they have AC and that's about all I have nice to say. The gym and hot tub are the only thing I was looking forward to about staying here and the hot tub and deck are under construction, and they told me they decided to close the gym until further notice because one guest complained about dust from the construction that is by the tiny gym. They offered to give me a pass to the LA fitness 10 mins away. I wanna relax at my hotel, not 10 minutes away. They advertise having Starbucks, but it's only available until 1030?! Also I just went to the bar at 840 and the worker stated they were closing In 20 mins in a rude tone, so I just walked away. Forgive me for wanting a warm meal after a long day of work at this hotel that is supposed to be fit for business travel. And they charge 30 dollars a day to park here when there is no street parking and nothing around here. The common areas are dirty. The cherry on top is that I come home to an unmade bed and no fresh towels today. I called the front desk to see if we have to ask for housekeeping, but they say no we alternate days and today should have been your day but they should be there tomorrow if they didn't come today, because it's now too late at almost 6 pm. Also the phone in my room doesn’t work to call anyone, even the front desk, so I have to call from my cell. EVITE A TODO CUSTO! Eles se ofereceram para me dar um passe para a academia de Los Angeles a 10 minutos de distância. Quero relaxar no meu hotel, não a 10 minutos. Eles anunciam ter Starbucks, mas só está disponível até 1030?! Além disso, acabei de ir ao bar às 840 e o funcionário afirmou que estava fechando em 20 minutos em um tom rude, então eu simplesmente fui embora. Perdoe-me por querer uma refeição quente depois de um longo dia de trabalho neste hotel que deveria ser adequado para viagens de negócios. E eles cobram 30 dólares por dia para estacionar aqui quando não há estacionamento na rua e nada por aqui. As áreas comuns estão sujas. A cereja no topo é que chego em casa com uma cama desarrumada e sem toalhas limpas hoje. Liguei para a recepção para ver se temos que pedir arrumação, mas eles dizem que não, alternamos dias e hoje deveria ter sido o seu dia, mas eles deveriam estar lá amanhã se não vierem hoje, porque agora é tarde demais quase 18h. Além disso, o telefone do meu quarto não funciona para ligar para ninguém, mesmo para a recepção, então tenho que ligar do meu celular.

There are no restaurants in the area or place to have a drink, unless you go to the place inside (which closes early). There is a supermarket across the street that has chips and liquor).The rooms are cramped, but we're clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and although the food options are limited, the people that were there are friendly. They serve Starbucks coffee, lattes and some of the basic food options. Not a great night sleep. Beds are very soft, which could be hard for some. They are also very squeaky. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are small.Thefront desk however was very friendly and accommodating, staff gets 5 stars. Hotel needs a lot of work. Mas as paredes são finas como papel, você pode ouvir passos no quarto acima, andando nos corredores, portas se fechando. Não é uma ótima noite de sono. As camas são muito macias, o que pode ser difícil para alguns. Eles também são muito barulhentos. Os quartos são grandes e os banheiros são pequenos.A recepção no entanto foi muito simpática e acolhedora, a equipe recebe 5 estrelas. Hotel precisa de muito trabalho.

Great location. Room was recently renovated so it was definitely refreshed. Sliding door wouldn't stay propped open and how do hotels get away without slow close toilet lids??? Nice spot but nearly unnoticeable with the giant black sheet covering the face of the building. They charge for parking, which I did not see posted on their site when booking. Was able to book at a reasonable rate and is conveniently located next to several hot spots.
