“I’ve stayed several times in this hotel and never been disappointed. It is conveniently located 5min by foot to Nana BTS station, and it is close to several bars and clubs (Above 11, Levels, Insanity...). The room is pleasant and the staff is friendly. There is a nice pool area with a bar, and the gym isn’t bad for an hotel gym, great for a quick pump before hitting the bar. My only recommendation would be to upscale the breakfast; it feels a bit too simple. A great hotel overall.”

“I would give it 5 stars if not for the reception's poor and upsetting attitude. The hotel is quite new, rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated and the location is very good; in a tourists' area with many bars and restaurants and close to the Skyline station. BUT, AND THIS A BIG ONE, the treatment we received didn't fit a respectful hotel. We booked and paid for 3 rooms, each for 2 adults plus 1 or 2 kids ages 9 to 12. The hotel confirmed our booking but didn't bring additional beds for the kids. When we inquired about the beds, the incredible answer was THE KIDS ARE PAID FOR BUT NOT THE BEDS. IF YOU WANT BEDS FOR THE KIDS, YOU HAVE TO PAY$40 FOR EACH BED. never in my life i've experienced anything like this. The hotel represents a price for 3 or 4 guests but it expects the kids to sleep in the parents' bed or on the floor. Otherwise, the price increases by 50% to 100%. This is nothing but a deceit. We were exhausted after a night flight and they refused to bring in the beds unless we arrive st the reception and pay the extra price. This was more than frustrating. After a few hours following our strict complaints they suggested to upgrade us to a better room for the extra price paid. But overall, this not the service you expect to receive from a high class hotel. I wonder if this is the hotel's official policy or just a poor conduct by the local management but surely this was a very poor and aggrevaiting experience.”
