“Reservé una suite (2 Queens Bayside con Sofa cama) con capacidad para 6 personas. Me llevé una gran decepción, primero que nada NO son camas queen, son solamente matrimoniales y hace gran diferencia cuando vas en familia. Así que ten en cuenta este punto antes de reservar.El segundo punto es que por el nombre de la habitación (BAYSIDE) te hacen creer que va a estar frente a la bahía,y la sorpresa es que se encuentra completamente al lado opuesto de la bahía. No digo que no tenga vista a la bahía, si la tiene pero solo una parte mínima de lado. Del nombre te la venden como si estas frente a ella.El nombre correcto tendría que ser "2 double beds, partial bay view", así que por esos 2 puntos me siento engañado.Además tuve una fatal experiencia al entrar a la habitación. Supuestamente tienen el compromiso de limpieza a fondo "Hilton Stayclean" y dejan un sticker en la puerta de la misma, pero la encontramos extremadamente sucia. Manchas de comida en mesas, fundas con manchas, ventanas muy empolvadas, etc. La Caja fuerte en habitación no funcionaba, después la arreglaron pero no quedo al 100%, además que la puerta del armario estaba atorada y no funcionaba bien. Eso sí una manager del hotel (no recuerdo su nombre) fue muy comprensible con el tema de la limpieza, y me reembolso el 50% de la primera noche. No repara por completo la mala impresión que nos llevamos pero por lo menos fue comprensible y amable. Además a partir de ahí mejoró mucho la limpieza día con día.Al hacer check out me atendieron muy mal, su nombre es Justin. Quería entender el total de lo que me estaban cobrando, pero fue muy rudo e irrespetuoso. Después hablé con el Manager y me aclaró mis dudas muy amablemente. También en general todo el staff fueron muy amables. Estacionamiento huele por ratos mal, además que falta limpieza, pisé en dos ocasiones restos de comida y me ensucié los zapatos.En fin, por ser Hilton y 4 estrellas esperaba mucho más!!!”

Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e camas confortáveis. Bom café da manhã. Starbucks no saguão.Há um Burguer King bem em frente ao hotel e também um supermercado (Publix). Wi-fi gratuito e estacionamento pago ( 28 dólares/dia) mas vale à pena.Funcionários muito atenciosos. Quero destacar um elogio à funcionária TAJANY ( recepção) que foi incansável para esclarecer nossas dúvidas.

Pelo preço, acho um absurdo cobrar o Wifi dos hospedes. Preço do Valet tb muito caro. (US$28/dia). Quartos amplos e bonitos. Vista da Bahia é sensacional. TV ruim, com canais falhando todo o momento. Senti falta de um guia de canais da TV e do espelho de rosto no banheiro. Atendimento impecável dos funcionários.

We stayed here for 2 nights and could not have asked for a better location. It is conveniently located so that you are an easy uber ride away from everywhere. The hotel is clean and well-decorated, and the view from our room with the floor-to-ceiling windows was beautiful. The breakfast was also really good.

Es un hotel con mucha propaganda pero al llegar me decepcione de el es frÍo, impersonal,poco acogedor y el que no se realiza la limpieza que es fundamental y se excusan que es por cuidar al pasaje , molesta por que sabemos que el covid es un virus que hay que combatirlo tambiÉn y principalmente por la ventilaciÓn e higiene , y el hotel no lo tuvo,¿, desgraciadamente elegÍ mal pero me queda como lecciÓn para revisar y escoger mejor mis hoteles.

One room maid named Mexaida was good.Security Mr. Salvatore and Martinez really tried to take care of our front office problems.Front Office is a mess.At one moment i decided not to get in touch with them anymore because they are unreasonable and rude.There was one lady who did her job well.For example: waste baskets were returned very dirty(we have photos) by a very unfriendly room maidand that seems to be approved by front office. Charges were made double on 2 separate credit cards which resulted in problems with other payments.My wife was a hotel manager herself and even her influence did not change anything.We decided to paid about $ 4.500 for 12 days because we simply were trying to prevent abnormal problems.I'm sorry to say, but i rather choose a motel instead of this.

Tem estacionamento próprio com segurança e serviço de vallet que custa 45 dólares a diária, que pode ser cobrada juntamente com as diárias do quarto que você vai ficar no hotel. Vista muito bacana. Peça para ficar em andar alto com vista pasta o mar. Tem frigobar e outras facilidades nos quartos.

My stay at the Miami Downtown Hilton was great. The staff made me feel welcomed, great attitude, always helpful, and were warm and friendly. Most importantly, the hotel allows pets. Our room was amazing, with a great view of the water and a high level floor.

Only passed through to help a friend at the passport building, but dined at the lobby restaurant which is located on the 7th floor? (Weird) The brief breakfast dining experience was really nice if only to experience the customer service and particular politeness off the waiting staff, however the prices for said breakfast didn't balance out this nice, but average breakfast. Of course it's a hotel, in Miami, near the coast, but still. I will say the croissant that came with my breakfast was the best I've ever had, not dry at all, very flaky and airy. I guess THAT is what a croissant was meant to be, really great! If I could afford to stay there, I wouldn't mind spending more time to get a more thorough experience.

We booked a King Suite with bay and city view. The views were unlike any place I've ever stayed. If it wasn't for the view, I think I would have been a bit more disappointed. For being one of the top rooms this hotel offers, it could use some fixing up. The couch was broken on the bottom, windows needed cleaned badly, bed was not the most comfortable, the door lock fell off the door separating the living room to the bed room. They had old tan curtains that could be upgraded to something with a bit more color. I loved having the living room with dining table to have our family come up and chill at. There was a huge open space that needed to be filled by the dining table. I feel like a room like that just needs some finishing touches and TLC to match the price they ask for the room. The staff was All very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I just think the room could use some love to be perfect.

I’m not sure why my husband and I were charged a late checkout fee after we had already checked out… especially when we checked out around 9:30AM ……. The air conditioning in our room seemed to barely work. Resulting in a terrible sleep due to the heat. Our bathroom door didn’t shut properly unless you aggressively lifted it up and shut. Wish I had taken pictures but the shower head was BEYOND disgusting. Thankfully we only had to stay here one night. Wouldn’t return nor recommend to any friends/family.

My stay at the Hilton Miami Downtown was good! However I have yet to receive my deposit and an overpayment that was charged on my account. The overnight MOD working on 10/16/17/2021 told me that overpayment refund will be done in 24-48HRS. When I checked in I was told once I check out the deposit will refund 3-5 business days. I called 6:30am on 10/25/21 & was hung up on by the MOD. BTW the deposit is not mentioned on site when you make a reservation

Other than that the pressure on the hot water was very low. #bring your own iron if going here so you don’t miss your anniversary reservations too.

Excellent hotel in downtown Miami. We stay here before every cruise. Staff is amazing- go above and beyond.Check in was a breeze. Concierge David Garcia went beyond for our 30th anniv.He greeted us, & took the time to make us a sign for our room and had SNACKS IN OUR ROOM - so nice!!!! Post covid stay was safe- socially distant in lobby -elevators etc. When our room was hot n humid due to beingvery high due to one ofthe hottest days in miami and plus jr suite we had was on the top floor with floor to ceilingwindows all threw room (highly suggest the jr suites amazing rooms with city views to die for) he moved us asap and personally came to check out our new room himself.They care about your stayand will greet you on arrival with a smile.Small restaurant on site and a outdoor roof style pool. Business center use for free. The location is perfect.Walking distance or tram ride to Bayside.Oubkix and fast food accross the street and 2 parks with small neighborhood style coffeesandwichcafés just a5 min walk or rent a scooter downtown on the sodewalks.. theyare all around. We just love this hotel. Give it a try!!!

Stayed in Oct/21 for a conference. Malcolm checked me in and assisted me a few times during my stay. He was so nice and patient! The employees at this hotel are awesome. Everyone I interacted with seemed happy and friendly. They gave the hotel a very welcoming atmosphere. Meeting/catering were highly organized and efficient. The meeting was a huge success and I think the property team has their event processes down! My first covid era meeting and it felt very safe. Actually, I prefer the way this meeting was organized/set up and managed more than any meeting in the past, so I hope it stays this way long term. I bet fewer people will come home with colds and stuff once covid is behind us! Food and drinks were good, the hot water for tea (in the breaks) was actually hot enough to brew tea! Snacks were fresh and delish. I had a quick meal in the bistro. Ordered the crab soup and empanadas. Trying to network during lunch, I wish the soup would have been served in a cup, but it would not allow for the presentation so I get it. The beef empanadas were DELICIOUS. The reception at the pool was very, very nice. Great views and the drinks. The room was a standard Hilton king room Bed was comfy. There is a sheet supply chain shortage and they were so very nice to give me an extra sheet without any issue. Housekeeping on request only, which is exactly how I have always liked it! Tip those housekeepers, they work hard! There is a refrigerator in the room, which is not mentioned anywhere online. That was a bonus, for sure! Nice coffee set up in room. The elevators are awesome. You type your floor and it assigns an elevator. So much more efficient. The hotel feels safe... the men managing the entrance are not playing. They MANAGE that entrance. The Publix across the street is nice, with all options you would expect at a big store + lots of ready to eat foods! Overall a great/comfortable stay and a great event at this property!!

No lo recomiendo, la habitación sucia, llena de polvo y lo peor las sábanas, con mal olor y manchadas, llamamos 4 veces al lobby a solicitar el cambio, y si las cambiaron al día siguiente, pero quien desea pasar una noche en una cama sucia, en plena pandemia, al menos la habitación la pude limpiar yo misma, la chica de recepción fue rápida para contestar de mala forma pero no para solucionar los problemas, el resto del personal caballeros y damas si fueron amables.

I really enjoyed my stay. It’s definitely an older building but great updates have been made to the lobby area. Location and the view from my room was fantastic and every staff member I encountered was friendly and warm. The rooms are very dark coloured with heavy drapes and strange looking carpet. While some upgrades have been implemented, there is substantial wear and tear in some areas of the bathroom, entry, and windows. It would be great if the rooms had a more airy feel to match the rest of the property and its coastal surroundings.

Amei! Fiz a reserva a pagamento muito antes da estadia, como tivemos um imprevisto com o aluguel do carro, chegamos bem mais tarde que o previsto... Para minha surpresa não tinha quarto com cama de casal... Meu marido já começou a ficar nervoso, resmungando, mas eu conversei tranquilamente com o atendente que gentilmente mencionou que tentaria nos colocar num "quarto superior", dar um "upgrade" na nossa estadia. Ele voltou e nos levou até o quarto, mas era um apartamento, gigantesco com tudo de vidro e uma vista deslumbrante... Tinha um quarto de uns 60 metros quadrados ou mais, sala, sala de jantar, mesa de escritório, banheiro com banheira, outro banheiro com vaso sanitário, a área total certamente passava de 120 m2. Além disso, havia cofre, tábua de passar roupas, ferro de passar, secador de cabelos, toalhas de banho "banhão", roupão com logomarca do hotel chiquérrimo, os souvenirs eram espetaculares, shampoo, condicionador, barbeador, touca, hidratante corporal, espuma de barbear, etc... Vale mencionar que tinha frigobar, cafeteira, vários cafés, incluindo descafeinados e um creme para colocar nos cafés, além dos copos de isopor, atenção nos mínimos detalhes... A cama era super king, as roupas de cama de algodão devia ser 1200 fios egípcios só pode! Melhor cama que dormi em hotel, edredom agradabilíssimo! Em virtude do problema, que pra mim já havia sido solucionado com o upgrade do quarto, ainda ganhamos vouchers para o café da manhã continental no hotel todos os dias, já que não estava incluso na hospedagem que tinha realizado. O café era muito bom, todas aquelas frutas vermelhas maravilhosas que raramente encontro na minha cidade: framboesas, blueberry, redberry, cereja... Iogurte, suco de laranja, croissant, ... Tudo delicioso. Na recepção sempre tinha uma água saborizada de encher os olhos, muito gostosa e refrescante. Salvo engano tinha que pagar estacionamento e dar gorjeta ao manobrista! Por favor, não se esqueçam disso e não sejam muquiranas é praticamente obrigatório!

Pra falar a verdade não gostei muito não. Check in parecia fim do mundo. Quarto um pouco abaixo do padrão da rede. Tem um bar bom. Estacionamento rápido.Café da manhã de americano (eu acho sempre ruim!). No final fica com uma nota 3 (De 1 a 5).
