It was clean, beds comfortable slept very well, it was also quiet, Did not hear a lot of noise from hall. On the paper handed while checking in tells you of a $22,00 car parking ( actually $25.00). very close driving to be a parking deck, The card to get in did not work- went back we got a new room number, I mention this because later we ran into a couple who just checked in and they too had to go back to front desk because their card did not work, Even though there was a small plumbing issue , someone arrived in about 5 minutes- fixed it. Very polite man. Yes it is an older building but our experience - we loved the fact it was clean. Any issues were resolved ASAP.

This hotel is incredibly dingy. The room we were in had an unbelievably loud air conditioning unit and the bed was severely squeaky. Every turn or toss in bed made a very loud and annoying sound. All of the light bulbs in the room had a different tint. Just did not have a relaxing and cozy feel. Everything looks old and run down. The staff on the other hand are amazing. Everyone is very nice and courteous. Big smiles and happy faces all around. My kindest regards to them for a job well done!

Worst place to stay…we were supposed to check in at 10am. The staff (Norman and Lacee) advised to wait till 11am as there were no rooms available. Also, they advised there will be no water from 12-4pm. With no other choice as we were with our kids (9yrs and 3yrs old) we decided to go with what they said. I came back to the reception at 11:10am to check why have they not got back to me yet. They said the room isn’t still available. I requested that we came from a tiring trip and we are with our kids they need sleep. Persistently, they mentioned that they don’t have any rooms or you can take the money and look for another hotel. I replied that if they would have suggested that the rooms wouldn’t be available through out the day at the beginning then I would have looked for another option. While continuing the conversation with Norman and Lacee, out of no where a staff named Tray jumped in aggressively and told me to get out of the hotel as there are many options available and not to waste their time. Very calmly, I told him that your hotel has taken the money and at this moment where would I go with my kids. Tray continued humiliating and insulting me, not only in front of his colleagues but also in front of other 5-6 clients/customers and my kids & wife. We as a family travel a lot and have never received this kind of horrible treatment/service from any hotel in our life. I would never ever go here. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone. Advise to others, there were atleast 4 clients who approached me after watching me, getting insulted in front of everyone and told me that they would not visit this place either as the staff was rude, not helpful and zero customer service. If I had an option, I would give a ZERO Star for an horrible experience.

I avoid the East Coast because I can’t stand the people. This Hotel has above and beyond exceptional customer service. It was never anything but a big smile and a huge welcome from Lacey and Norman! Lacey knew it was my 21st birthday and include a drink voucher. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Even our bartender was super nice. Keep up the good work!

I had to evacuate due to hurricane Ian so I was pretty stressed upon arriving. The front desk staff let me check in early as I had my son and animals in the car. They were so welcoming and warm. The entire staff that I had contact with was so friendly. The day I checked out, I was waiting for a luggage cart, i waited for awhile and the front desk lady was trying everything to find me one. I had to go back to my room to check on everyone and just decided to make the many trips taking stuff out. When I checked out, the front desk lady pulled me aside and said she saved me a cart! That is above and beyond and I am so thankful that we chose to come to this hotel. We will be back but hopefully for a vacation next time. The rooms were also very clean and housekeeping was wonderful making sure we had everything we needed. Thank you everyone for making a stressful time in my life, more comfortable.
