“The hotel is nice. Staff are courteous and very welcoming. Rooms are big with beautiful Italian marble bathroom. Very comfortable for families. But BEWARE of lower floors (until the 2nd floor): your room will be smelly from the main kitchen and noisy from the street. Add to this in our case, the thin walls as we hear our neighbors shouting and fighting (our room is separated by a door). Not worth the price at all. Henry (the duty manager) tried his best to change our room but the hotel is fully booked (probably overbooked in this case). Would have expected much more from Waldorf Astoria.”

“Wonderful service and facilities. A concierge staff member went so far as to lend me a charging cable from their station for hours. Every staff member we encountered was super helpful and nice. The beach was good, pools and gym looked good, although I think the gym lacks a sauna. Valet is quick. Nice views. I will say, there should be some brunch option available between 12:00 - 2:30 PM. As of now, we were told no restaurant offers anything between these timings, buffet or a la carte, that fit into what would be considered brunch or tea. Overall great experience”
