“No food available from the bar... slow service... £300 paid for a room that wasn't ready... vastly overpriced for what was a basic 3 star hotel.... has a young vibe but very basic amenities. Kept awake from the sound of the trains... Great location for train station and shops.”

“It could have been better. There was No Safe, No Closet, No Phone, No Lock on the door and No Fridge. Everything I expect to find in a Marriott. When I checked in I asked about safety in the area and the front desk personnel told me that it’s fine during the day and not so fine after dark. GREAT! I had to make sure I was back by dark. That made me uncomfortable. I would not stay at this particular hotel again and would not recommend. I would say, it was close to good shopping, restaurants and the train station.”
