O hotel é bom. A cozinha também. Tem um tique de Marrocos na culinária. O café também é bom. A localização é o único ponto que deixou a desejar. O hotel é longe dos lugares turísticos da cidade.

Hotel bom, quarto muito bom, atendimento ótimo. Localizado num lugar sozinho mas é perto de táxi da Mesquita e da Medina onde as pessoas vão mais visitar..

Low quality of Food. Smoke smell inside the hotel and rooms. Hotel should invest in training the staff. Not recommended

Un buen Hotel con un buen servicio y bien ubicado. Bonito, elegante, con un buen desayuno, personal amable y servicial. La comida muy buena y las habitaciones cómodas y limpias al igual que las camas. Por contra tiene una discoteca abajo y desde las habitaciones del segundo piso se escucha demasiado la música hasta altas horas. Es molesto e impide tener un buen descanso.

Food was horrible, Traffic was loud and the walls very thin, we could hear our neighbours. The room wasn't cleaned very well, and in on the stairs there was rubbish.

For a round trip ok. Our room was ok but the street is very loud. Diner was ok. Breakfast was bad. We heard from another guest if you have a room direct over the disco you are not able to sleep the whole night.

Terrible experience! The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. I was flying with Royal Air Maroc and the flight was delayed so the air line picked this "4 stars hotel" which in my opinion, doesn't deserve even one. The room was old and smelly and it was freezing! I decided to inform the staff at the reception and he was very rude and didn't do anything to help. At the same time another lady was asking for towels as there was nine in her bedroom and the staff said there was no towels left. What? In addition to that, the Wi-Fi wasn't working and the worst: There was NO HOT WATER in the shower and it was freezing.

I gave it four stars because it is a four star or less hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean but it was missing towels. This hotel is located in an industrial zone, meaning that there is no nice View. All you can see through the big windows is the Highway and buildings. Also there is no parking except for the few spots in front of the hotel.

Stayed here during stopover on way to Brazil via Casablanca, all provided for by Moroccan airline. Not a bad hotel for Casablanca. Staff were friendly, although hotel is beginning to look dated in certain places such as restaurant and corridor carpets. Room was nice and beds were comfortable.

i can't believe this place, first of all its really far from the main part of the city, extremly over priced, there is nothing around the hotel (not even other places to eat so you have to eat at the overpriced restaurant in the hotel) to use the indoor pool you have to pay extra 200 dirhams to swim for one hour, to use the fitness room you have to pay 200 extra dirhams for one hour, the shower curtain is not long enough so the bathroom gets soaked every time you shower, the staff is extremely rude and nobody speaks english, the free breakfast is terrible (diarrhea on the first day right after breakfast), the AC in the room barely works. I've traveled to many places throughout the world and i am 100% convinced this is the worst 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at.

A mi me gustaba porque era sencillo, pagarlo allí me salía a 34€ la habitación individual, (para más personas sale más barato). El Hotel es viejo, pero limpio, tienes una sala con música estilo marroquí para conectarte al wifi o desayunar. Los recepcionistas son muy amables. Para desayunar te ponen zumo de naranja, pan con mermelada y mantequilla y a elegir entre té o café. Aunque tiene bar allí, no se puede comer, pero se pueden ver los partidos de fútbol del Barça y el Madrid. Está pegado a la medina, pero no es una zona peligrosa. Hay una mezquita cerca, por tanto llaman a la oración y dependiendo a la hora que sea ese día la oración del Fajr te pueden despertar. Para asearse sólo tienes toallas, una pastilla de jabón y el papel higiénico lógicamente.
