Linda por toda parte. A atenção aos detalhes faz deste lugar um verdadeiro deleite e, a partir do momento em que você chega, é tratado como um VIP. Todos são tão prestativos, simpáticos e atenciosos. Esta é a nossa segunda visita, mas tenho certeza de que não será nossa última !!

Fiquei hospedado neste maravilhoso estabelecimento pela segunda vez, de 10 de fevereiro a 20 de fevereiro. Já no ano passado me encontrei maravilhosamente bem! Por isso, graças à vice-diretora Tiziana Gomez, que me acompanhou desde a chegada até a partida, tanto no ano passado quanto neste ano, não poderia esperar mais. Ela me ajudou antes mesmo de eu sair, para que tudo estivesse perfeito quando eu cheguei. Devo dizer que tanto eu quanto o meu sócio, que somos donos de um hotel na Itália, que fica na ilha de Ischia, não encontramos imperfeições em tudo o que o hotel oferece. Acima de tudo, encontramos grande profissionalismo em Maitre Davide, que todas as noites procurava satisfazer as nossas necessidades culinárias. Em particular, encontramos na Vice-Diretora Tiziana um grande profissionalismo, bom gosto, gentileza, disponibilidade ilimitada. Grandes qualidades que dão enorme prestígio a um grande hotel como o El Mirador. Acho que precisaria de muita gente como a Tiziana, para que ela realmente pudesse deixar essa estrutura maravilhosa ainda mais. Obrigado e, em breve estaremos de volta Carmen Terracina

Un lugar único y la atención inmejorable

Increíble, un lugar de ensueño. Es el hotel más bonito de toda la isla. Nosotros nos alojamos una semana en la balconada y realmente merece la pena, el servicio las instalaciones, la comida. . . Todo genial. A partir de ahora será nuestro referente en la isla, es realmente maravilloso.

Este hotel apenas para adultos é muito agradável e está localizado junto à Playa del Duque. É considerado um dos hotéis mais caros e exclusivos da região. Disseram-nos que os principais jogadores de futebol espanhóis frequentavam lá.Embora tenhamos gostado da aparência geral do hotel, ficamos um pouco decepcionados com a seleção do jantar. Tínhamos reservado meia pensão. O café da manhã estava bem, mas o jantar deixou eu e meu marido querendo mais. Ficamos por 9 dias e simplesmente não houve mudança suficiente de um dia para o outro. No ano passado, ficamos em um hotel 5 estrelas comparável em Rodes e todas as noites eles tinham um jantar temático diferente (grego, italiano, japonês - essa é a ideia). Quando você fica 7 dias, eles oferecem a opção de jantar 2 dias durante a sua estadia em seu outro restaurante a la carte no local. Queríamos verificar o menu antes de decidirmos porque eu sou vegetariano e queria ver se eles ofereciam opções para mim. A jovem da recepção me disse que eu deveria baixar o aplicativo Iberostar e verificar o menu lá (citação: estamos sem papel). Ok, baixei o aplicativo como disse e verifiquei o menu onde encontrei algumas boas opções vegetarianas. Reservamos uma mesa na recepção e chegamos no restaurante às 19h30. Havia algumas mesas agradáveis ​​com vista para a piscina e pensamos que uma delas estava reservada para nós. No entanto, para nossa surpresa, o garçom nos disse que estes eram reservados para outras pessoas e nossa mesa estava na parte de trás (como na parte de trás com uma vista em tudo). Havia apenas um casal no restaurante, exceto nós, e eles tinham uma vista maravilhosa das instalações, então porque não nos dar uma boa mesa também? E adivinha? O menu NÃO tinha opções vegetarianas LOL pedimos ao garçom e mostramos a ele o aplicativo que nos disseram para baixar, mas ele apenas disse que o aplicativo estava desatualizado. Eles nem se ofereceram para me fazer um prato vegetariano ... isso foi muito decepcionante. Saímos do restaurante e voltamos para o buffet. Não é preciso dizer que não ficamos impressionados. O problema foi abordado posteriormente na recepção. Eles pediram desculpas e disseram que encontrarão uma solução, mas, para nossa surpresa, não recebemos nenhuma resposta deles.O que levou o bolo foi que durante o check-out, quando fomos apresentados com nossa conta final, meu marido percebeu que eles nos cobraram uma garrafa de vinho de 30 euros. Hahahaha ... Estou grávida e não bebo álcool e meu marido só bebeu uma cerveja durante a nossa estadia. Eles o tiraram, mas não estavam se desculpando, o que eu esperava.Em geral, o hotel é bom (como você pode ver nas fotos), mas o serviço não está em um nível de 5 estrelas. Talvez fossem incidentes isolados, mas não voltaríamos.

Iberostar Grand El Mirador -This luxury 5 🌟 Adults only hotel in southern Tenerife, perfect for a quiet, romantic and cozy holiday. Service at the highest level. Staff very friendly and helpful. Muy recomendable. Amazing views to Playa del Duque beach or mountains. This beautiful, charming hotel has very nice swimming pool with a sunny terrace, games room, SPA, bars, restaurants, shopping center areas and it’s only couple minutes away from the most popular beach Playa del Duque. Very silents place. Luxury spaces. Recommend 💯%.

This adults-only hotel is very nice and located right next to Playa del Duque. It is considered one of the most expensive and exclusive hotels in the area. We were told that major Spanish soccer players used to go there.While we liked the overall look of the hotel, we were a little disappointed with the dinner selection. We had half board booked. Breakfast was okay, but dinner left both my husband and I wanting more. We stayed for 9 days and there was just not enough change from day to day. Last year we stayed at a comparable 5 star hotel in Rhodes and every night they had a different dinner theme (Greek, Italian, Japanese - you get the idea). When you stay 7 days, they give you the option to dine 2 days during your stay at their other on-site a la carte restaurant. We wanted to check the menu before we decided because I am a Vegetarian and wanted to see if they offered options for me. The young lady at the front desk told me that I should download the Iberostar app and just check the menu there (quote: we are paperless). Ok, downloaded the app as told and checked the menu where I found a few nice vegetarian options. We booked a table through the front desk and arrived at 7:30 PM at the restaurant. There were a few nice tables that overlook the pool and we thought one of them was reserved for us. However to our surprise the waiter told us that these were reserved for other people and our table was in the back (like way in the back with one view at all). There was only one couple except us in the restaurant and they had a wonderful view of the premises, so why not giving us a nice table as well? And guess what? The menu had NO Vegetarian options LOL we asked the waiter and showed him the app that we were told to download, but he just said that the app was outdated. They did not even offer to make me a Vegetarian dish... that was very disappointing. We left the restaurant and went back to the buffet one. Needless to say, we were not impressed. The issue was addressed at the front desk afterwards. They apologized and said they will come up with a solution, but to our surprise we did not hear back from them at all.What took the cake was that during check-out when we were presented with our final bill, my husband realized that they charged us with a 30 euro bottle of wine. Hahahaha... I am pregnant and don't drink alcohol and my husband only had one beer during our stay. They took it off but were not apologizing at all, which I would have expected.All in all the hotel is nice (as you can see in the photos), but the service is not on a 5 star level. Maybe it were isolated incidents but we would not go back.

Beautiful throughout. The attention to detail makes this place a real treat, and from the moment you arrive you are treated like a VIP. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and attentive. This is our second visit but I'm sure it won't be our last!!

Great hotel. During our Tenerife trip we stayed 2 hotels: El Mirador and Ritz Abama Golf resort. The service in El Mirador was even better than in the Abama resort which was also great. El Mirador is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday. No kids allowed. They have a great bar at the pool. If you are looking for a relatively small hotel, with great food and superb service, go here. It is nicely situated at the boulevard, so you have good access to other restaurants and bars in the area.
