Fui buscar um amigo hospedado no hotel, falou muito bem sobre o lugar, bom happy hour, ótimos quartos.

É um Homewood Suites. Você sabe o que está recebendo. Apenas um lugar sólido para ficar e dormir. Nada se destaca sobre o hotel…exceto a equipe. A equipe foi ótima.

It’s a Homewood Suites. You know what you’re getting. Just a solid place to stay and sleep. Nothing stand out about the hotel…except the staff. Staff was great.

Eu fui lá para uma unidade de sangue parecia muito limpo e bem conservado. Eu ficaria lá. Infelizmente, é um pouco difícil de encontrar porque você não pode ver o sinal da rua, então alguns de nós passamos por ele e tivemos que voltar para ele e fica em uma estrada de mão única

Ela nos conectou um grande momento e reembolsou o custo do quarto.O local é antigo e precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. Toda a experiência foi horrível. Reservamos um quarto pelo aplicativo Hilton. Selecionado uma opção de quarto mais caro com 2 camas queen size. O custo base do quarto era de US$ 140 em comparação com o quarto normal de 2 rainhas que custa US$ 120. Tentamos fazer check-in online e não conseguimos. Chegamos ao hotel e fizemos o check-in. Chegamos ao quarto e descobrimos que fomos colocados no quarto mais barato (US$ 120) e não no quarto que reservamos (US$ 140). No entanto, ainda seríamos cobrados $ 140. Falei com a recepcionista e ela disse que deixaria um bilhete para o gerente, Guadalupe. A luz do banheiro não funcionava e nos disseram que a manutenção não voltaria até o dia seguinte e podemos tomar banho no escuro ou podemos ter acesso a um quarto não ocupado para que possamos usar o chuveiro lá. Havia mofo nas paredes do banheiro. Consegui limpar facilmente as paredes com um lenço Clorox que tínhamos conosco. Isso por si só mostra que a limpeza não está de acordo com os padrões. As aberturas estavam cobertas de poeira. A porta principal tinha enormes lacunas ao redor do selo. Todos em todos, e nunca ficaria neste local novamente.

2 Star Review. Would’ve give this place 1 star if it wasn’t for the manager’s, Guadalupe, exceptional customer service. She hooked us up big time and refunded the cost of the room. The place is dated and is in dire need of renovation. The entire experience was horrible. We booked a room via Hilton app. Selected a more expensive room option with 2-queen beds. The room base cost was $140 versus the normal 2-queen room that costs $120. We tried to check in online and weren’t able to. We get to the hotel and check in. We get to the room and find out we were placed in the cheaper room ($120) and not the room we booked ($140). However, we were still going to be charged $140. Spoke to the receptionist and she said she would leave a note for the manager, Guadalupe. The light in the bathroom did not work and we were told that maintenance won’t be back till the next day and we can either shower in the dark or we can have access to a non-occupied room so we can use the shower there. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom. I was able to easily wipe off the walls with a Clorox wipe we had with us. This alone shows that housekeeping isn’t up to standards. The vents were covered in dust. The main door had massive gaps around the seal. All in all, and would never stay at this location again.

I went there for a blood drive it looked very clean well kept. I would stay there. Unfortunately it is a little hard to find cuz you can't see the sign from the street so quite a few of us passed it up and had to circle back around to it and it is on a one-way road

Excellent staff , clean environment friendly .The corporate office need to lean how it’s done . Everyone there deserves a raise. Or at least a big bonus!!!!

Este lugar é incrível! Guadalupe era o gerente geral e ela era tão flexível e foi além para nos deixar confortáveis! Toda a equipe foi excelente! O exterior é lindo na área da piscina, as camas são tão confortáveis, os travesseiros maravilhosos, os quartos são tão bonitos e limpos! Tudo foi excelente até o café da manhã X! Definitivamente voltarei muito obrigado adoramos este lugar

This place is awesome! Guadalupe was the general manager and she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make us comfortable! The whole staff was excellent! The outside is beautiful by the pool area, the beds are so comfortable, pillows wonderful rooms are so beautiful and clean! Everything was excellent down to the breakfast X! Definitely will be back thank you so much we love this place

Com toda a justiça eu não fiquei. Eu só estive lá brevemente para ver sua sala de banquetes. A pessoa da recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. A sala de banquetes era um pouco menor do que o esperado, mas agradável.

In all fairness I didn't stay. I was only there briefly to view your banquet room. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The banquet room was a little smaller than expected, but nice.

In town for Thanksgiving week and this place was close to families condo. First the good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were two room suites and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. NOW...

Nice overall, large suite at a good price in a good location. Only issue was there were no sheets for the sofa bed. And after telling the front desk, the sheets were never delivered during the stay...

Security wise I give this place an 8, however outdoor cameras are minimal and doubt they work. Cleanliness of rooms id give a 4, they do not do much. Front desk staff are great and helpful. Laundry...
