“Originally I raised concerns about the beach access. The management responded right away and asked to meet with us. They were very helpful and understanding and wanted to make sure we enjoy our stay. We really appreciate their effort!”

“We are usually very picky people, but this place was awesome. To sum up, everything was great. The beach was beautiful and the staff on the beach were attentive and friendly. We upgraded to the preferred club so we also had a small buffet only a few feet away from where we were lounging which was awesome. The rooms are new and well kept and overall the setup of the hotel is great because it doesn’t take too long to walk from one place to the other. The pools are clean and there are a lot of them so you always have many options. Now for the best part - the service. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and actually helpful. I want to especially thank Carlos and Ciprian, the managers at the restaurant. We had special dietary needs and they were accommodating and always looking to make our stay more enjoyable. Huge thank you to the two of them and everyone else who made our family vacation enjoyable.”
