“I'm in shock with how great the customer service was. I booked my stay on points and was still greeted as a VIP. The late checkout opportunity, breakfast, room upgrade, early check in....heck, even the valet opened the uber door for my girlfriend and me. Without a doubt, this hotel knows what it takes to keep the business of their guests-- to include me.”

“The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient. The staff at the hotel desk however were among the least service-oriented and actually rude of anyMarriott establishment I've stayed at in the last 5-6 years. Maybe its typical of Boston (this was our first visit) maybe its because they have mostly new staffing due to the pandemic? Staff made errors in billing that they were unable to fix and I had to call Marriott customer services to fix. They seemed unable to work with their own computers at the desk.We stayed five days for a business/family trip and appreciated the walking proximity to many sights in the city. We had a great experience at local restaurants and beaches and at the other nearby hotel hosting the conference event. This Courtyard however seemed particularly inept at just basic daily procedures like checkin/checkout. A localização deste hotel é excelente, muito conveniente.
