“Fairly good. Nice staff. Don't like that there is a $40 charge added to your bill for incidentals or damages before you use anything. It always has been removed by the time we checkout, but just not used to being told the charges to the credit card will be $40 or $50 more than what I was expecting. For whatever reason, it always seems to take a while to check-in, so be prepared to wait for the whole process. Be careful when you book to read the small print about cancellation policies with each choice of room. We go every 2 weeks to Columbia, and I had booked this reservation and later learned that there was another hotel with an earlier breakfast, so 2 days before our travel date I tried to cancel and was told that I couldn't because it had passed the date to be able to cancel without being charged. Good things, there is some breakfast, but 7:30 am was too late for us. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable compared to other hotels in a similar price range. They seem to be clean. Very good things, the staff has been very friendly and trying to do their best.”

“This is an older hotel with a homey--rather than trendy--lobby. Which I really appreciated. We always look for a hotel with big jacuzzi tubs in the rooms or hot tubs with a pool. These are increasingly hard to find, and often booker's are not honest about what they offer. NOT TRUE HERE. This hotel has BOTH jacuzzi tubs and a hot tub. It was wonderful to have a soak. The bed is not like most unforgiving concrete hotel beds. It was VERY comfy & I had a WONDERFUL night's sleep.”
