Room clean and presentable but walked through renovation area to our corridor. We were told to go to Toledo to eat ... absolutely disgusting. Had we already not already been up for 15 hours we may have refused and seen what other choices there were. So our experience far from good”

“Bad experience considering this is a 4 star hotel near the Madrid airport. The thermostat was broken. The room was hot like a sauna when I entered. The dinner experience in the hotel wasn't good as well. We had to wait for 50mins before our food came out and we didn't order anything exotic. I believe there are better options in the vicinity for the same price. Won't recommend.”
