“Insupportable. The food & beverage crew accepted a reservation and contract for payment for a large group on the roof and canceled it less than one week before the event. No explanation, no apology, only an offer to book at the indoor restaurant at an increased cost. I will personally never recommend them for any business, but if you try to book for a large group: beware.”
