Excelentes instalações , comer e beber á descrição todo o dia . Pessoal Cabo Verdiano super atenciosos e simpáticos , quando falamos em português sorriem logo . Aconselho os vários tours que tanto os taxistas como as agências fazem é a única maneira de conhecer minimamente a ilha e suas praias a perder de vista muitas praticamente intocadas . O passeio nocturno para ver as tartarugas desovar também muito bom mas é preciso ir preparado para caminhar bastante na areia às escuras . Ficamos com muita vontade de voltar de novo.

Pretty average.for a 5 star complex.food and drink wasnt much copp.only good thing was the quad bike adventure .was around £90 but you get a few hrs going through the sand dunes. Went here 2018 for 2 wks .if we went back would stay at the sal whiich is better

We loved our stay here. From check in to check out we had the best stay and would most definitely be booking to go again in the future. The staff are friendly and it's a very clean environment. Pool facilities are excellent and you get pool towels included in your stay. The main pool has entertainment during the day, they infinity pool is quieter (depending on the guests) and they have a kids pool. Plus you can sunbath on the beach but don't expect to get in the sea as the aggressive waves will rip off your bikini in a flash. Two pools have a bar so you can get refreshments throughout the day. The food is brilliant. I'm sure we could eat from 7am - 10pm and they have everything you could ever want. The room was great, I paid a little extra for the sea view and I would urge others to do the same as the view from the back is like looking at Mars. We had a king size room and which was plenty big enough for us. I read online that some customers had experienced the smell of sewage and we did too but not for very long and only in the toilet ... But I can't complain given they have their own sewage / water treatment plant for each hotel not far away (you can see it) you can't complain as you are on a tiny island and in fairness we couldn't believe how amazing it was and there was nothing else around us. We had a walk down the beach most days to walk off all the food and see all the crabs along the way. Be warned it is windy but when it's so hot you do need it. Never done all inclusive before so wasn't sure what to expect but it blew my mind.

I've had a great holiday,I've stayed for 14 nights,the food is very good,plenty of options,nice pools,the rooms was ok. While I've stayedit was just red flag, the waves are bigand you need to fly to the nearest hospital . You will find some very friendlyand well caredkittiesin the hotel .And if something was not 100% the staff compensate,the service was outstanding,the bartenders are very good,you name it and they will make it , one of the reasons for me to return would be the staff.Thank you

The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. The food was great but the themed restaurants get booked up quickly so think about booking as you arrive or before if you can. The rooms are comfortable and keep clean. The weather is great. If you want a holiday with shopping and night life this is not for you the hotel is in the middle of no where. If you want to go in the sea then be careful it's very ruff and the beach is not always patrolled.nnmu advise stick to the pools to cool off. There is nowhere on the beach to get a drink so take a bottle of water with you.

This is a fantastic hotel. The food in the restaurant is immaculately laid out with so much to choose from and so delicious. The rooms are well looked after and very very clean. The entertainment team work so hard during the day and all evening. Everything around the bar area is spotlessly clean. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

After reading the reviews stated in the media this week I thought I would write a review which I wouldn't normally do. We stayed at this hotel in February 2020 for a week and I am shocked what people are saying about the place, as it was absolutely spotless, food absolutely amazing (and I am one fussy eater) pools were so clean I actually swam in them which takes a lot for me to do normally. The rooms cleaned every day and linen was spotlessly clean, fridge restocked with water every day. Yes the waves are strong and yes red flags were up but if people took time to read about this before booking here this wouldn't have been a shock, the beach was absolutely stunning. I can honestly say my husband and I had a perfect week and would definitely recommend as we plan going back.

Wonderful! Clean fresh and really awesome staff. The pools are nice and the food is just beyond amazing! It's a really nice family and adult hotel. The beach is close by but it's almost all the time a red flag. One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Love it.

staff is great here the rooms are clean but room is not what I was expecting I paid for a sea view but you can see it unless you stand upthe worse thing it says not allowed to put towels on the chairs around the pool people we're out a 7 am and went back to bed the towels should of being lifted by staff but I have to say it’s but I like it here the food is a bit tasteless as everything is frozen so is anice spot tho and great location but the cocktail is not real and not nice there is a couple of things but overall, it's a beautiful country and the locals are what makes the place would I recommend it yes I never done inclusive before but I was told by many people it's the best they have ever had plus I can understand it's an island so it's hard to get fresh food here but I have to say I like the place

Absolutely beautiful place. Lovely location right on the beach, which goes on for miles. It is right in the middle of nowhere. So great for a relaxing holiday. There are very small local hut style shops on the beach, that the locals sell their goods from. Food is excellent and plentiful. Staff are very good. Cleaners keep the room clean and tidy. Plenty of trips and activities to do.You have to be careful in the sea as it is constantly rough. Life guards on duty everyday.Also to get a good spot and a sunbed, you have to be up very early. I'm and early bird so it didn't bother me.

Dos melhores resorts que já visitei. É longe das povoações mas com um espaço e serviços a cima da medias. A comida é ótima e com muita variedade. Parabéns a toda a equipa.

I absolutely love this place the staff are the best! Rooms are cleaned every day! The hotel is massive, lovely pools the beach is beautiful but could do with some bins on it!! Sea is a bit rough but you can go in it knee deep! The food is exceptional, so much choice at any time of day. They have cats around the hotel so if you are allergic beware! The cats were introduced to the hotel first and they are very friendly and have a designated food area but it's nice to bring them some chicken! I love it here and booking for next year!

Na BTL comprei uma viajem a Cabo Verde, Ilha da Boavista, para uma estadia de 7 noites em regime de TI, no Hotel Riu Touareg, 5 estrelas. Globalmente foi uma experiência positiva. iamos à procura de uma semana relaxada sem nos termos que preocupar com nada. Efetivamente foi mais ou menos isto que encontramos. Toda a equipa do hotel, desde a recepção, à equipa de animação, do restaurante, bar, piscina e Spa, são realmente inexcedíveis, proporcionando acolhedora e afável. Um outro ponto muitopositivo foi a equipa de animação. A programação, os horários e a interação com os hóspedes foram incríveis. O resto? deixa muito muito a desejar em diversos sentidosManutenção – há cheiro intenso a esgoto nas canalizações, cheiro intenso a comida a partir das 17h, o que revela que os sistemas de exaustão são absolutamente deficientes, faltam azulejos na piscina. Não há controlo de pragas eficiente. Há gatos e gatinhos por todo o lado com pulgas e sarna.Alojamento – os quartos não têm boa insonorização, as portas a bater ouvem se em todo o andar. Há lençois rotos nas camas. Os colchoes estão velhos e fazem uma cova.F&B – falta qualidade e frescura aos alimentos; bem como apresentaçãpo variedade e gestão de inventário. Não há produtos frescos nos buffets, há reaproveitamento de comida, e a mesma comida em diferentes buffets durante 3 dias.O hotel tem 5 restaurantes: O Restaurante Principal, Santo Antão, (serve PA; Almoço e jantar em regime buffet), O Restaurante Grill Berebere,(apoio à piscina com snacks e grelhados à noite) O Asiático, o Italiano e o Cabo Verdiano, Boavista (são temáticos mediante marcação em turnos, às 19h e as 21h). Tudo isto soa a variedade, qualidade e torna o produto apetecível. Na verdade os restaurantes de temáticos, só têm o nome. O serviço é, em qualquer restaurante com hora marcada em regime de buffet, e a comida é praticamente a mesma que encontrámos no restaurante principal. Por essa razão, a partir da 3ª noite jantámos sempre no principal. Há filetes Filetes Panga todos os dias, grelhados na chapa à volta de uma couve toda murcha;muita comida frita; carne seca e rija rija rija, hamburgueres que não se percebe do que é que são feitos; Todos os dias, em destaque, anunciado com Especial do Dia havia uma cozinheira a cortar um Pastel. Por duas vezes fui ter com a sra e perguntei do que era feito: " de várias sobras de carne, arroz, passas"... Faltam legumessimplesmentecozidos ou estufados. Quando havia, tinham TANTA gordura que fiquei maldisposta; o buffet de saladas na sua maioria é feitos de sobras (ex. 2ª feira dia de avaliação: havia de tudo no buffet, incluindo sushi feito na hora - feito com salmão fumado, e arroz tão doce que por momentos pensei que estava a comer arroz doce com peixe! Acho que não há justificação para isto... No dia seguinte ao pequeno almoço, havia uma cozinheira a preparar o salmão da noiteanterior em forminhas redondas e a preparar tipo show cooking salmão com salada para os gulosos ao PA, na 4ª feira as sobras foram misturadas com maionese no buffet de frios. Acho isto inadmissivel! Esta situação é tão evidente que reparámos porque andámos 3 dias a ver a mesma comida apresentada de forma diferente, aconteceu com massas, salada césar, fruta e outros produtos;A fruta é quase toda congelada o que é HORRIVEL! Por outro lado quando falo numa gestão descontrolada falo por exemplo em lançar uma quantidade anormal de comida para um dos buffets e ter que ser consumida até gastar ou ir para o lixo.. em vez de tirarem 100Kg de uma iguaria, tiram só 30Kg e garantem, frescura, variedade e alguma qualidade. Não percebo como é que se admite andar 3 dias a comer a mesma coisa, porque foi tão evidente que .Em regime de TI, o bar é aberto, mas vinho de barril tipo cerveja, nem nos tascos à portuguesa isto existe... Nem vamos falar da qualidade aqui... o restante é igualmente mau,o que fez com que, o que que que exprimentássemos tivesse ido parar ao lixo, (whiskey, Martini, baileys) com excepção de cerveja que ainda assim tinha pouca pressão e água.

Espectacular hotel Riu, un poco aislado, pero kilómetros de playa maravillosa, para pasear sin ver a nadie.

Un lugar precioso para pasar las vacaciones de relax y tranquilidad tanto para familias como sin niños. Todo el mundo se siente como en casa. Inolvidable. Recomiendo mucho pasar unos días en este hotel.

BEAUTIFUL! Amazing experience at Riu Touareg. First of all all the staff is extremely friendly and makes sure you're okay at all times. The hotel is massive and very impressing with high towers and beautiful swimming pools. Food was good but not so varied. 4 different restaurants. Plenty of bars. Cocktails are good but very basic. Amazing beach in front of the hotel, one of the best I've ever seen in mt life! Very huge waves, it is therefore red flagded at all times. The room was nicely decorated in an African Style and offered a nice terrace area. The bathroom was very basic and didn't worth a 5-star. The shower was rather low cost and there was no separation between the room and the bathroom which was embarrassing. The staff at the bar of the infinity pool was especially VERY nice! Thank-you to all the staff. We really loved our stay there. Good entertainment programme in the day and evening with spectacles. Very nice hotel!

An incredible holiday experience, this resort offers it all. If peace and quiet is your thing, you'll find it here. If quad biking, kite surfing, scuba diving and loads of outdoor activities are what you're looking for, it's here in abundance. On top of all the beach and water activities, there's also art lessons, tennis, a gym, nightly shows, a night club and plenty of entertainment. As it's a family resort, there's also a kids club. In all, this is one of the best resorts I've been to. It's very clean, modern and well looked after. The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are spacious and well thought out. The staff are simply amazing and can't do enough to make your holiday special. Highly recommended.
