We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel this weekend for a dance convention. I was very busy however the service was excellent. We requested extra linens, room service food and help with our refrigerator on separate occasions and the service was quick and efficient. Thank you to Audrey who I emailed with back and forth a few times before our arrival and made sure everything was in order. We will be staying here again. Thank you Hyatt Regency.

Great hotel in a safe location with friendly knowledgeable staff. The hotel is located in more of a business area, so unless you are going to Levi’s for a game or event, it’s not the best location for ‘nightlife’, BUT if you happen to stay here, there are SOME things to do. There’s are lots of eateries and there’s also some local bars. Try Bare Bottle Brewing Co. which is just a couple miles away. Parking here is safe and convenient. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a bar on site and free wifi. Would stay here again.

Amazing hotel, I really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. My room faced the 49ers stadium which was great because we stayed at the hotel so we can go to the football game the next day, it was very convenient, we walked to the stadium it was very close. The bar was very busy but lucky us we had the chance to sit there and order some food. Great vibe I would definitely recommend it in the Santa Clara area

I didn't stay in this hotel but I needed their help with a guest who was and they couldn't have been more helpful. I dealt with an amazing woman called Courtney and she went above and beyond to help me. She was also lovely to chat to and put my mind at ease. Great customer service.

We love staying here when going to an event at the Levi stadium. It is located right across from the stadium! The hotel has a gorgeous pool, bar, spacious room, good restaurants, friendly staff and conference rooms. We truly love this hotel! The pool is fabulous and they have cabanas also. Great location

Not a 4-star hotel, not a 3-star hotel, and I've stayed at much better 2-star hotels. Will never stat at a Hyatt again. I should have known the much cheaper room rate (compared to other Hyatt Regencies) meant something was off. For the same price, I could have stayed at a much nicer 3-star hotel, breakfast included. The room stank. I'm traveling with a dog and I'm wondering if they gave us (with a $100 pet fee) the dirtiest room they could find. Being late night, I went to bed instead of complaining about it. The carpet in the room and hallways didn't look too clean. But, I don't think it's a cleaning problem as much as it is the problem that the carpet needs to be replaced. There's no bathroom door; instead is a double roller screen with a latch that doesn't shut all the way, with the center portion of the crack facing right in the middle of the toilet. Beds are Not queen sized, they are double or full, so prepare to sleep tightly against the other person sharing that bed. Towels are rough. They've probably been washed a million times. They should have been replaced a long time ago. After settling in the room, very late at night, I realized we only had 3 towels (for 4 people), so called concierge to ask for an extra towel. When I woke up in the morning, no towels were delivered. So I called again. Waited until 8:30am, and still no towel. Decided to go find the cleaning lady and get it myself. The only good thing happening at this hotel is free and convenient parking.

The best customer service I've ever witnessed from any hotel staff EVER. Every single employee is a diamond in the rough. I LOVE the Hyatt for their choice in management here for sure!!! Great place to stay!!!!

We came at 2:30 am to check in. We were 4 adult and 2 kids we asked for a bigger room two double queen beds and two baby cribs. However, they gave us two full beds with no baby cribs. We went to the room and we saw that it is not convenient for us to sleep in such room. I went downstairs and headed to the front desk tired with kids crying wanted to sleep and overwhelmed mom of a long drive talking to the front desk representatives and asking how we fit in such room the response was a laughing hard came out from one of the hotel representative who was standing on the side staring at us with mocking that made all of us frustrated as it shows staff that lack professionalism and respect we asked to cancel and get a full refund. I asked the person who was helping us why he is laughing like this it is not respectful he said i will talk to him. This should not happen in a hotel like this we were going to reserve two rooms to fit all of us but from what we saw from that stuff member who unfortunately was working the front desk we decided to leave so disappointed. The stuff member was short with an African ethnicity.

Great service, rooms and hospitality. Best hospitality I have seen in the US across many hotels I have stayed. Housekeeping, front desk and staff everywhere were very helpful and service oriented. Went above and beyond. Room was nice, beds comfortable, pool and jacuzzi very good too. Market staff and breakfast staff were great too. Shout out to Anish, Taylor, Nadia, Alexandro ( housekeeping) all very lovely.

We got a day pass to the pool and it was awesome! The jacuzzi is open unlike many other places, the pool is heated to the right temperature (not too cold like most places). It was not too busy bad we had a perfect fun and relaxing day with the family!

The hotel had multiple events going on. This resulted in constant waiting for the elevator. Annoying children from a dance group making noise all day. Slamming doors from 5:30 am on a Saturday...

This is a great property that is connected to the convention center and across from the Niners stadium and Great America! Staff is friendly and the hotel is well taken care of. Easy access to freeway.
