“Modern hotel with unbeatable location in Gran Via. Fantastic service and great food (the best Foi gras I've tried in a long time). They have a popular and beautiful Terraza, a bar on the 8th floor which opens to the public, so I suggest making reservations on weekends. The rooms are big enough and beds were very comfortable, but the problem was that they don't have air-conditioning, not that we needed it because it was November, but because of the noise from the street. So you have 2 choices; suffocate in silence or be cool with lots of noise. It does get quiet at around 1 or 2:00 a.m, but bring your ear plugs. Breakfast is an excellent buffet with anything you want, from omelettes and hot dishes to salmon, pastries, cereals and Cava!”

Amazing place to be. Perfect location. Fully renovated rooms. Perfect soundproof with no noise at all at least if you are not directly watching the Gran Via Street). Impressive value for money. In my next review I will taste the breakfast and post it. Staff in reception level 7 superb and very kind and professional
Edit: the pillows were VERY soft and the hotel wasn’t able to provide a solution or different one that’s why my score is 4 instead of 5

Quite a nice place to stay in Madrid. Inmidst of the City directly located at Gran Via it is a perfect starting point to explore the city.
As it just opened in May 2021 everything is quite modern and clean. On my previous stays I tried the Innside Room, Studio and Townhouse. All with Gran Vía view.
I was always satisfied with the kindness and friendlNess of the amazing staff

Small room, no bidet, no separate bathroom, no fresh air in toilet, very good breakfast, nice staff.
There was a lot of noice on the street, we think it was worse because it was day before...

The room is rather small, but fit for a couple, we stayed on a room with a view for gran via - there is no noise thanks to the sound proof glass. The weird thing is the shower - not for all the rooms...
