“Experiência muito ruim! Atendimento mínimo ao cliente - ficou lá por uma semana e só conseguiu serviço de limpeza no dia 4, depois de vários pedidos. Estávamos viajando com uma criança e a equipe do hotel queria que descêssemos para qualquer coisa que precisássemos (incluindo as coisas que eles deveriam ter originalmente colocado no quarto). Nós selecionamos o hotel porque ele vem com uma pequena quitinete privativa - no entanto, a quitinete não tinha nada - sem panelas, potes, detergentes para lavar louça, apenas duas colheres. Primeiro fizemos o check-in no quarto que tinha um chuveiro entupido no banheiro e, felizmente, eles ajudaram a mover nosso quarto ao lado. On-line no site do Hilton Honors foi claramente mencionado que a noite social era de segunda a quinta-feira e só acontecia uma vez em toda a semana. No geral, uma experiência muito ruim e nunca voltaria a este hotel novamente!”
