“Se você está procurando o melhor retorno para seu investimento e ótimo valor na área de DC, não procure mais.Minha esposa e eu ficamos lá 4 dias e 3 noites, tudo atendeu ou excedeu as nossas expectativas e somos um pouco "exigentes e um pouco difíceis de agradar.A cereja do bolo, os funcionários foram muito educados, simpáticos e prestativos!Alguns exemplos:Eu estava preparando uma xícara de chá para mim no saguão (o centro de recepção fica atrás de você quando você está fazendo uma xícara de café ou chá, etc.) então, enquanto eu estava fazendo meu chá, posso olhar em volta por nem mesmo 5 segundos, foi quando "Doreen" que é a gerente do hotel saiu de trás do balcão, se aproximou de mim e perguntou se eu precisava de alguma coisa! Fiquei impressionado com a forma como eles são atenciosos.Outro dia nós perguntamos a ela "Doreen" onde seria um bom lugar para fazer compras, ela pacientemente nos perguntou o que estávamos procurando para comprar e então ela recomendou alguns lugares para ir! Mais tarde naquele dia, nós a vimos novamente no estacionamento (eu acho que ela estava cansada pelo dia e ela estava indo para casa), então eu tenho certeza que ela estava fora do horário e ela definitivamente não teve que fazer o que fez ! Mas ela parou, abaixou a janela do carro para nos perguntar se encontramos o que procurávamos comprar, o que respondemos que sim! Agora, esse é o próximo nível de atendimento ao cliente, porque ela definitivamente não precisava fazer isso, mas ela fez!Obrigado Doreen, agora entendemos porque a equipe foi ótima e isso é porque eles têm um grande líder como você 😃A empresa Hilton deve saber o valor de funcionários tão excelentes como você!Obrigado por tornar a nossa estadia uma experiência agradável, definitivamente voltaremos.”

“If you're looking for the most bang for your buck and great value in DC area then look no further. My wife and I stayed there 4 days and 3 nights, everything met or exceeded our expectations and we are somewhat "PICKY and a little hard to please. Icing on the cake, the staff were very polite, friendly & helpful! A few examples: I was making myself a cup of tea in the lobby (the reception center is located behind you when you're making a cup of coffee or tea, etc.) so, while I was making my tea I may looked around for not even 5 seconds, that's when "Doreen" who is the hotel's manager came out from behind the counter, approached me and asked me if I need anything! I was impressed by how attentive they are. Another day we asked her "Doreen" where would be a good place for shopping, she patiently asked us what we're looking for to buy and then she recommended a few places to go! Later on that day we saw her again in the parking (I guess she was done for the day and she was going home) so I'm pretty sure that she was off the clock and she definitely didn't have to do what she did! But she stopped, lower her car's window to ask us if we've found what we were looking for to purchase which we replied that we did! Now, that's a next level customer service because she definitely didn't have to do that but she did! Thank you Doreen, now we understand why the staff were great and that's because they have a great leader like you 😃 Hilton corporation should know the value of such a great employees like you! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant experience, we'll definitely be back.”
