“Great location but I am not pleased with the cleanliness of my room. See the photos of stain on the sofa. More disturbing were the fluid marks on the bathroom door frame and light switch. What you see here is after I wiped part of it off with my finger. Glad I had my own Purell wipes with me.
Was offered free breakfast as a compensation for this but my preference, particularly as we continue to deal with the health crisis, would be a clean room. I should be staying here for monthly business visits but I will be looking for alternatives even if that means it further walk to the office.”

“The valet destroyed my shifting assembly that cost almost $800 to repair. When the valet brought my car to me, it wouldnt shift into park and he was trying to jam the shifter. It was a huge nightmare. I told the hotel and they refused to help me. I contacted the valet multiple times and they blew me off until I got some who would help me months later. Now they refuse to pay because they say I waited to make the claim which is a complete lie. Marriott hired these clowns and they should be a part of the solution instead of saying- sorry, not our problem.”
