Love love love the room, the service. Everyone was nice and friendly. Closed to halal food whc was easy for us. Walking distance to shopping streets, playground for kids, the beach. Chauffeur driven from & to the hotel. Had a great stay.

Great location. Rooms are bit outdated and front desk staff not very friendly. Great view from upstairs bar area.

If you are looking for 5 star accommodations, look elsewhere. Rooms look like they haven't been updated for quite some time. The beach access near the hotel is not included (you need to pay for it separately), which for a hotel like the JW should be included in the room rate. The room was not clean when we showed up (3 hours after check-in I might add) and we had to wait an hour to be shown to our room. The front desk staff seem uninterested in providing any semblance of customer service. The saving grace was the concierge, but overall we are displeased with our stay here and will not be coming back.

This hotel has gotta to have one of the best lobby's that I've seen in the French Riviera. Great spacious place with high ceilings and nice lighting atmosphere. The service is great with personal touching points towards it's customers at the right time.

Beautiful hotel in prime location, just a few steps to the beach. The hotel chain has adopted a 'scent' smells divine! You can purchase it from the hotel. The decor is simply stunning with huge chandlers, high back chairs and comfy sofas. The foyer also has fresh fruit infused water everyday. The breakfast has a reasonable selection of pastries, (run out if you get there too late!) fruit, nut, cereals, meats and cheese. Waiting staff happy to take requests for eggs, hot chocolate and anything else not in view. Staff overall were very helpful and cheerful. Great stay here!
