“We had a nice stay last night, but as we were just checking out, Gregory, at the front desk, overcharged us more than $50. Upon realizing it and going back moments later to fix it, he was extremely rude...forcefully hitting the keys on the computer keyboard as he typed and saying rudely, “that is why I told you to check it before you left!” As if walking away and checking it 10 feet away was not the right choice. You expect when you pay for a 5-star hotel that you will be treated in a polite way. Unfortunately, Gregory was not that way. Perhaps some training in how guests should be treated when the hotel makes mistakes?!?!”
